Building A Hidden Pull Out Spice Rack To Organize A Cabinet

- Building a spice rack to help organize our kitchen cabinet. I used quilted ball jelly jars to hold the spices and built it to disappear into the side of a cabinet to keep daylight from reaching the spices.
7 years later! This is amazing! I wish I had the room to do a cabinet similar to this one! Excellent workmanship! Everybody should own a C & C!

Great idea and execution. I actually like that it makes the front cabinet less deep as that means things do not get buried in the back.

I have a dead space in the corner of my lower cabinets, no lazy susan room but trying to figure something out.
That is a tough one. Make a video when you come up with a solution. It would be cool to build a counter balanced lift to have storage that pushes up through the counter top.

Tighter bond glue doesn’t fail the wood will fail before the glue will... It’s a great product I have used it for years. Love the cabinet Ed
I have seen it fail in end grain joints. I think it's because the capillary action pulls it so far into the joint that the glue layer is to thin. That's all I use. Thanks for watching.

Beautiful. Very clever with the vertical spice slide. I like the routed circles for the jars.
The circles are required so there's no way the jars can tip out of the rack. They must be lifted to remove. It's a safety feature. Thanks for watching.
