In this episode, Elle shares her insights and strategies on how to get princess treatment. From treating yourself like a princess to drawing boundaries and dropping everyone who does not give you princess treatment, Elle shows you how to cultivate value in yourself and attract the people who will treat you like the royalty you are.
Elle covers a range of topics including how to be mysterious, how to be sensitive to the ick, and how to check people when they need to be checked. She also dives into the importance of having an abundance mindset and creating accessible value.
But it's not just about being a princess for the sake of it. Elle emphasizes the importance of making people feel positive feelings when they are with you, whether it's a man who wants to feel the ego boost of being seen with an attractive woman or a woman who wants to feel that she is in the company of equally high social/cultural capital women.
So if you're ready to get the princess treatment you deserve, listen to this episode now! Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more content like this.

    1. Fitness - do exercise. Capatilise it. Looking good gives you princess treatment.
How you dress, how you talk, how you treat others. All about the vibe. Go to places where are good vibes. People are good.
Treat yourself like a princess. Have a ick meter. Don't go with people who don't give you princess treatment.
No more negative self talk. Be kind to yourself.
You are your own bestie. Talk to yourself kindly and as you are a princess. Be your own cheer leader
Gatekeepers - you are always protected. Be delulu. Pretend you are having a assistant.
    I am raised this way.
    Be firm on your boundaries.
    Abundance mindset.
Be so delulu that uou know that there is Abundance of everything.
    2. Don't get mad, get paid.
    3. Pour into yourself. Invest in yourself.
    4. People give you princess treatment on the basis of how you made them feel.
To get princess treatment you should make other people feel royal.
For friendships - Servant mindset- pour heavily on your people.

I was told that there was something wrong with me for wanting how to be treated well because they see me as too sensitive. For a lot of times, I believed it! Your video is just a confirmation that my sensitive ick meter is a gift, not a bad thing. I'm just surrounded by the wrong crowd.

In my past relationships, I was often get cheated upon. Even if i tried to forget about it my past trauma would haunt me again, i just couldnt understand why I am treated this way when all i gave is my utmost effort and dedication. Now my boyfriend suddenly ghosted me on the past saturday while i thought we were on good terms, i wish i could knew the reason why he acted that way out of nowhere. When I asked him he said he needed some space but it hurts me alot as it remind of my past trauma. I just want to be chosen and that my weird love language is understood. My bf wouldnt treat me right and he doesnt understand my weird love language, he wouldnt even give me such a princess treatment but since I was always hurted in the past I just want him to stay. I am such a people pleaser and sensitive person that I felt things too much and I really hate being left out. Its not like I have male validation but for once I want someone who wouldnt leave me, understood my trauma and my sensitive side.

@@Nananana09174if you haven't already, I suggest you watch her video "a private life is a better life" I totally get where you are coming from... especially the last part of your comment. And because I truly understand, because I felt this way, too!! But, I can promise you, you only THINK you need/want that. You don't. In fact, you are suffering because you believe this. It is tough to realize, but not only will this desire continue to ache from within, it will hurt from outside, too (the ppl this energy attracts is no good) Everything that has happened in the past only helps when you learn from it and let it make you stronger, like a boot camp would. Trauma is an initiation to being stronger than you ever knew possible. Not a place to wallow forever about. Only positivity intended ✨ Bright Blessings
Edit: it's helpful to explore why you are a people pleaser. Having been one, I can say from experience, it's not serving anyone's highest good (especially yours!!❤) NOW that I've recovered from being a people pleaser (a result of childhood trauma) I finally understand why so many people have left me. Healthy people run from people pleasers, because on a subconscious energetic level there is a clingy, needy, strings attached vibe. The only people it attracts are people who want to exploit this coping mechanism (people pleasing is unhealthy, for everyone. It's related to codependency. Sorry to say.)

Instead of "servant mindset", I will say find people who are givers just like you. People who give to each others will create a balanced relationship. If you are a giver and the person in front of you is a taker, this is an imbalance. Give, find givers, set boundaries.

I think I give myself princess treatment often, instinctively. My threshold for suffering physically is solid. Any little thing leads to blocking. I just need to work on sorting out my threshold when it comes to emotional neglect. I grew up in an emotionally distant home so I can easily cope with emotionally unavailable people, but I'm going to weed that out. Areas for improvement are having higher expectations for people and getting rid of this covid weight. I love the idea of seeing going to the gym as princess treatment. Internal work vs superficial princess treatment.

This is just great. It made me realize I was so familiar with the servant mindset - which is so rare here! - I didn't see it as 'love bombing' when it was.
And yes, it happens when you've been conditioned to ignore your ick-meter. If anyone can relate - we can fix this, and it's not our fault. Others have vilified and duped us out of natural self-protection. For their gain, usually from very early on.
I love what Elle does - not just repeating we should see our own worth, but also how we constantly have those coming at us trying to deceive us out of it, and she reminds us to not fall for it.

Hi, I just found this channel and I feel I manifested/ attracted this particular video with something I was thinking all day (after a horrible date yesterday!) and I wanted to share it with somebody who would understand! So I feel I should share it here, as it is exactly on the topic. I apologize if the comment is too long, but I really must share it - it is not a coincidence I run into your content. 🙂
So, here it is: Imagine a prince/ a king goes from his kingdom to another kingdom, he enters the castle and he has an intention to look for a wife. Who is he looking for? Will he go to the kitchen to see the ladies who cook? Is he going to look for the cleaning ladies or the servants in the castle? No...he will be looking for the princesses (who are with the mindset to potentially be queens), correct? Now, imagine who will be looking for the cleaning ladies, the cook or the other servants as a potential wife material - will he be a prince or a king? Please think about this energetically, not literally.
Now, remember Cinderella? What did she do to get the prince? Did she kept slaving for everybody else, keeping her head down? No, she broke the rules, dressed up and went to the castle, despite being forbidden to do so! She consequently got herself into a princess vibration - that's how she attracted the prince. 😉

    • @schuylergeery-zink1923
      @schuylergeery-zink1923 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

There’s a reason why Cinderella is perhaps the quintessential and best Disney film out there and saved Disney company early on. Cinderella is a determined, compassionate lady who knows what she wants and navigates the toxic people in her life with grace to herself. The prince is not even a character in the film - it is a female centered story. He doesn’t even speak, he just beelines toward her because he feels/knows she’s his princess. Everything she worked for pays off bc she put herself first even through adversity of crazy pick me step sisters and stepmom dumping on her and treating her like a servant. A dream is a wish your heart makes when you’re fast asleep. Cinderella is living her dream from the start of the film even when the mice are confused af about the importance of shifting to your future Princess dream girl self. Cinderella knew 💖

That 11:11 hits me deep. My boyfriend who now ghosted me and said needed some space would not treated my like a princess nor even give me a right treatment- some days he didn' t replied to my texts even if he gets online and so I asked him, begged him to atleast replied me early. But everytime I begged him to treat me right he would get mad at me and said that he did not know how to act when he have a girlfriend as he rarely had. I understand that but atleast I want to see his effort but some days it felt like I did not exist to him. Now all of a sudden he was tired of my complains and argument that he didnt want to speak with me. I do miss him and it remind me of my past trauma alot. I was always cheated in my past and for once I want to be be reassured, trust my guts and be chosen. He might thought i am a B but I AM NOT, ALL I WANT IS TO BE TREATED BETTER. 😢

Do not tolerate that disrespect my friend, pray to God for the qualities you expect from a man: kind, respectful, responsible, financially stable, loving, caring, honest, loyal, family oriented… do not fall into distress, pray with all your heart and give all your worries to God for him to bear, once all your worries and stress are no longer with you, once you are at peace with yourself and you stopped looking for that man, God will bring him into your life, ask God specifically for what you want and he will answer with what you NEED, this has been the case for me and for my aunt so I know it works, I was blessed with a man with all the qualities I previously named to you because I prayed for him to show up into my life and I stopped worrying. Focus on yourself, focus into being the woman you want to be and that person will show up, do not beg for basic respect because you don’t need to, you are already worthy of love and respect, God bless you sister.

I love the advice for how you talk to yourself making such a difference for your self-esteem. I've also realized that I need to stop sarcastically saying things like "this makes me want to die" because even though I don't actually mean that literally, I do have depression and words truly are powerful. If I exaggerate everything to being "horrible" or "the worst" when I'm only annoyed or slightly dysregulated, then that lowers my vibrations even more. So I've been training myself to shed off the edgy teenage behaviors I have and honestly am looking to my Grandma as just the best example of how to behave like an adult with class. Making an effort to change my mindset and language is really helping with lowering the frequency of depressive episodes and I feel like this is really helping my healing.

I’m listening to this lesson as I clean the bathroom: and this is so helpful for me to reconcile these 2 things. I sometimes don’t think I am a princess cuz I’m a mom, ‘a dame’, I commute everywhere by bike, etc. But hearing this lesson while cleaning made me realize that treating yourself like a princess does not mean we don’t do hard things, clean the bathroom, etc. It is the treatment u expect/accept from others; and how I treat and speak to myself. I loved what u said about who boundaries r for. Yes!!

There's so much useful advice in the same video that I can't even process it at the same time! I though he was the problem, but I realised that if I don't value my social skills and I feeI like I want to be better in that term, I should focus on that instead of meeting him. He deserves better (but not in the people pleaser mindset) BECAUSE I do.

I can just tell by what you know and what you teach, you took a lot of time to heal and invest in yourself. Especially the family part, how they like to break time boundaries or emotional boundaries. I am still setting boundaries to this day.
