    Strong bones in just 7 days and curing 100+ body pains seems a little too much!! I do agree it's an energy drink, can't work magic in 7 days though.

      If your at starting stage of calcium deficiency it will work within 2 to 3 days out of my personal experience...around 30 if u r suffering from pain it will work but after 50 quite impossible

    i am laughing by reading comments. this is a really good and useful recipe, and people are taking everything seriously to the depth. o god, this is atleast better than multivitamin capsules. also, this is a youtube and not any research institution or health care centre. she has mentioned every ingredients, and if you think you are allergic to some, just skip that. no need to dive to the depth and analyze every bit of word as if she has written a research paper. we have been eating these things for generations and it hasn't caused any health problems. as soon as my parents crossed 60, i have been giving them these recipes and they have experienced positive benefits in their overall health. they stay home all day and they havent gained extra fat. and what to talk about youngsters who walk, run, play and exercise several times a day! and about the title, it is just to attract more viewers. there's nothing to take anything seriously guys. if you've already suffered from some kind of disease, then take precaution, but if you are healthy now then this recipe isn't going to develop any health issue as long as you eat in moderation (since too much of anything is bad). 🙄🙄

    It's great that you're sharing recipes, but telling "Cure 100+ Diseases with 1 Tbsp of Magic Powder" is a heavy statement that you're claiming. "Magic" is quite a strong word that people use when they don't understand something actually, so I believe it would be better if you refrain from making such claims.

      @@lovelifen That's not the point. She is making a claim here without any rationale and evidence. See the title, she mentions it is for body pain. Pain can be caused by different reasons: it can be because of swelling, getting hurt, inflammation, too much stress on the joints, etc.
      The problem with claims like these is that there is no clarity if all these specific cases are taken into account. Second thing is, whenever a drug is being made, its effects need to be studied. What exactly is this going to affect in the body, in what way it is going to affect, are there going to be any side effects, and is there evidence that if users are seeing results, are the results coming from another source and being falsely attributed to the success of the drug and a lot more. There is a reason why we have clinical trials using randomised double-blind tests.
      Without all that, it is completely wrong to claim that it's a health drink. Another problem is the use of the word "magic". This word suggests that she doesn't really know what effects is it going to cause and is a major red flag.

Also, we should also consider how the individual herbs react, what are the products and by-products of the undergoing reactions, and how will they react with the health of the consumer. Medicine isn't something people should consume based on speculation.

    Flax seeds should not be dry roasted. Should be powdered and consumed well within the first 15 mins of powdering it as it starts oxidizing. This is what is said to me by an ayurvedic medicine practitioner. Most of the videos mention about dry roasting flax seeds.

      I don't think that the second powder mix will remain fresh for one month.. these seeds are full of oil in it.. it will be rancid after some days that too in Indian weather

    the first recipe is good for kids and elders... but unfortunately the second one isn't mainly protein powder.. all ingredients are mainly source of fat.. so it's mainly homemade fat powder not protein powder because quantity of fat is way more than the quantity of protein

    I remember from Ayurveda that the almond skins need to be removed before doing anything. How do I prepare the first recipe if I remove the skins first?

      Soak overnight next morng remove skin let in dry in air. Then you can dry roast and grind out …I TIRED in this way

    Hi mam. Energy drink can we add chia seeds also? I have undergone ACL surgery 4 months back. Still Iam not able to do my routine work. Energy drink will be very helpful for me. Thank u so much mam.
