Been lookin at putting one of these on my 2011 Gen 1, been trying to decide wether or not the $900 fan upgrade is worth it. See you didnt opt for it, have you run into any issues at all with overheating?
Damm the whole 9 yards. No wonder sounds mean on start up. I have the stage 2 Whipple MBRP single 3" catback exhaust sounds OK but not aggressive like yours
@zweifelgarage1817 I've got to do the same thing myself. Where did you get the bearings? Any part numbers? I'm just starting to pull mine apart. Any tips or advice on where I can find information on reassembly?
So it took 50,000 miles for the bearings to fail?
@@michaeljohnson4947 I got blower used which came off a 175k mile truck and he had the blower installed at 20k lol so took lot of miles
What size wrench?
Thats the shits about the blower. Where you sending it?
Nevermind sounds like you're going to take a crack at it. Shouldn't be too bad of a job.
I’ve rebuilt a few blowers. Takes time and patience is why I’m waiting till I can drive my car. Snow isn’t letting up this year
@@zweifelgarage1817 ya for sure. Will be at least a week or so of downtime.

Never over heated. Jdm CRANKS the fans up for hot days and when ac is on and it ran amazing
What exhaust does the raptor have?
American racing 1 7/8 headers high flow cats and corsa cat back

It’s so worth the money. Down interstate don’t hear it at all no drone or anything. Punch it sounds like a group of raptors screaming lol
I'm running e85 on mine raptor made big difference on power
Have you gotten the tune update?
Did you ever resolve this?
Yes was rotor bearings
Did you happen to make a video on changing your rotor bearings?
I should have but did it on a weekend in a rush
@@zweifelgarage1817 Thank you!
