Happy to hear, maybe we get some momentum if we make enough noise and they keep making these 'low nose' cars like this. And yet such a simple solution, that you'd think the entire goose-neck could be redesigned in an updated mold. Thanks for the feedback.
Mmm, don’t know bro, but this seems to me a detune with the short Can motor, I’d have fitted a Flat6RS and just removed (as you did) the 4wd system (sadly is not as good as it should), just saying 😊
Thanks for the feedback. Definitely not a detune. The resulting performance will challenge all manufacturers in LMP at HRP, perhaps with the exception of a few NSRs, one being mine. The motor exchange to MX16 or Piranha, is a class-driven requirement at HRP. Flat sixes are not allowed. This exampe was chosen to show it can be done successfully. Detuning implies that performance was restricted, certainly not the case. Apologies if I didn't make it clear to anyone the entire reasons this took shape. Be on the lookout for part 4 - track testing
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, the class rules are for a 23K (at 12v) Slot.it MX-16 or a Piranha. It does not eliminate any LMP, it simply requires a motor change to be class compliant. Not all LMP cars will have the issue of fitting a 'taller' short can motor under the body. There are all kinds of different brand LMPs, as well as some in anglewinder, inline or sw.
yeah I DESPISE the slotit LMP guide

Sorry, so you cannot use the Flat 6 because of Class Rules? Wow, that eliminates dozens of Modern LMP's....???
