Yes! Join hua ham is for quality soup. Wash it well, cut to pcs and put in soup. No need put so much. Fresh conch meat can be replaces with dried conch meat (better). In Chinese soup, you need to put a lot of ingredients to make the soup rich sweet, more delicious. My soup, I put lots of chinese herbs less meat often, I just put chicken carcass (1 or 2). I don't put whole chicken because after boil 2 hours, the meat is not eatable, I often throw away. So chicken carcass is cheap and useful sweet chicken soup.

你好,當然可以加入一齊煲,至於煲幾耐,沒有一定答案。因為鮑魚仔唔知有幾大,如果想完全出味,一開始已經可以放入鮑魚仔。如果想留返嚟食,好味啲嘅話,一般煲1小時已可以了。能夠保留鮑魚味

只雞煲咁長時間,雞肉吃起來,是淋還是鞋呢?以往我煲的雞肉都較鞋,所以多數飲湯,少食肉又浪費。
