OMG, that looks Super Awesome! and right up my alley. I think the Aero Lake approach sounds really nice too with a high camp and then class 4 summit Push! Long drive though, I could still be interested if you are proposing something??? Oops, looking further I think I got that wrong, solid route research look to be critical. . .
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for the kind words! I think you'll REALLY enjoy the videography in Part 2, next week!! Please let us know what you think after. Enjoy!
Actually it is drivable by most any car if you take it easy and there are no ice shelves along the creek. Even with 6" ice shelves I never needed 4WD. I am excited to go way further on that road, I think it leads to the start tallest mountain in the in the La Sals, Mt. Wass 12,000+ looks cool!
Thanks man! For our viewers, this is my buddy in Grand Junction who was a big help in making this video, took some nice shots as well as being a fun companion 👍
Nice job! Great drone footage, you are great at capturing those views. Is the 4x4 ride up Onion Creek worth it even without hiking? Thanks for sharing!😀👍
Thanks Lynn, onion Creek Road is really cool but only a couple hour or diversion. During summer you generally don’t even need a four-wheel-drive, although you do across the creek many times. If you’re in the area, I would definitely check it out.
Do you know if there's a way to summit Jackson (Not) Hole near Amasa Back (Moab)? We drove past it today but didn't have time to explore the canyon up the middle.
I love the video from the quadcopter :) Very beautiful 👍
Thank you Brother, glad you're happy with the video! Stay safe, Karl.🙏
Nice work Karl! Have you ever gone up Granite Peak? Montana.
