Yes, he killed this. He is a phenomenal talent and beast on live performances. Also, he is so diverse: funk, rap, jazz, R & B, gospel and punk rock. If you like rap, his album Oxnard might be more your thing; if you like R & B, his album Ventura might be interesting to check out. But he is most well known for his Malibu album: an entire groove start to finish. The NPR Music Row performances are fantastic and so is the Grub Hub concert. Hard not to be a fan.

SILK SONIC Hi been hooked on him it’s beautiful smile in the kindness he shows big heart I just saw him the other night and some kind of a concert with an a barber shop with Bruno Mars both look like they were drinking and partying and having fun I wish Andy would get her that get rid of that stupid white wig wig

Suede was what Andy played for Dr Dre when someone in studio invited him to hang out way back when, hoping to get a chance to play it for Dre. He did and Dr Dre played it not once or twice, but 3x and then signed him soon after. Check out the Suede video ( also his video w Cordae) and you can see how he’s influenced the Silk Sonic videos, and recently won best director. The most watched Tiny Desk ( Big ❤️) ever.

@@BluEx22329 oh might not be the most popular of his videos/ reactions compared to his BTS reactions that's what I meant! Any BTS related content ARMY is right there😂 no matter how small the channel is, you'd get views!!
But if his motivation is genuinely just discovering new good music then it's totally worth it and the video might grow eventually with time...
My intent was definitely not to be discrediting AP in any ways, fell musically in love after discovering him on Dre's Compton album and I believe his musicianship should be much more recognized! I'm glad he got exposure from Silk Sonic but people then didn't necessarily checked him out individually... Hence my recommendation cuz I also believe it's a top-tier Tiny desk performance !
