Consider doing the in-tank pump as well. If it hasn’t been replaced before, it’s guaranteed to be bad. A 535 can run without the in tank pump, but once you get below a half tank, it can get starved of fuel in curves-this is what happened to me. It’s easier to get to-there’s a round panel under the carpet in the trunk that you open up. You also have to remove the level sensor in the middle of the pump assembly first, then remove the pump assembly. Four bolts in the middle, sensor comes out, then six bolts on the perimeter of the assembly. Took me about an hour overall.
