Nice post, i realize i can use the fuel pump from an e30 model 1984-88, to the e28. probably gonna save a shit ton of money than getting a oem one 💪🏽

nice video man, i have a 1987 e28 but the lil pipes that bring fuel in the injection are cracked, where do you suggest to look for replacement that can hold that pressure? thanks

I have a 1985 bmw 535i curious to know before you replaced the pump if you were having issues with the car stalling while trying to go into gear? Great video what's the part number you used for the replacement?

No stalling but it had idle issues. we did the pump and idle control valve. if you do the idle control valve get the oem the cheap eBay ones only last a weak of two.

@@Ragnarok_xxx That's the info I was looking for! Great video, I'm in the process of changing my fuel tank as I found a hole and dripping gas. I guess now it's the best time to change the 35 year old sending unit :)
