Thank you for this rare chance to see Elise in live action. She is just so astonishingly original and talented, with a unique musical imagination, a rare ability and vocal and physical beauty. I have been a fan since discovering her early home studio videos first came out. Hope she comes on tour to Europe in the not too distant future
She can really lay it down on drums - high energy - a contrast with the gentleness of her voice and softer energy of the other instruments. If she had a brother also into music, she'd be the new Karen Carpenter, easily as famous.

At 57 years old no one much cares about my music opinion, but this is awful. I mean she's attractive and looping is fun, but the vocals are just weak and the songs don't pay off. This whispering indie style has bogged down woman singers for 15 years. I just want to hear them belt one out, but they don't. They whisper these days. This girl needs big time producer if she is going to make any music that will be remembered.
Agree with you. Has potential - 6/10. I saw a busker yesterday who did more interesting looping. Also saw Hania Rani last week who was amazing with keyboard & piano loops and also gentle vocals like this but was singing in key and performed only original songs unlike this lady.
And I don't agree. I am pretty sure that your judgement is based on a single concert footage. Her official productions are great. The same applies to her featuring, e.g., with Scary Pockets. I agree that from this footage general rating of the performance can be 6/10. However, her potential as a professional musician is 10/10
I've followed her for sometime and I think she's a good singer and musician. You can tell with her studio recordings. I might agree with the vocals here because I've seen some live performances which as better. I don't know about this performance I might agree it's not good. I've always thought the LL was a bit odd but it's nice to see females play instruments which is still lacking now but it also seems like she spends more time just singing. 1 thing that bothers me is there s more synthesize sounds in more recent recording which I don't like.
Valid points. She needs a top-flight producer and/or a musical mentor to help guide her musical direction. Her videos are impressive, though. This particular performance reminds me of an appearance on "America's Got Talent". Nothing wrong with playing dreamy, stream-of-consciousness music. Also, she a very good drummer but, the vintage drum set interludes are kind of odd, IMO.
this is awful to you, while your music taste is awful to some others, people have preferences, it is simply ignorant to say that it has bogged down woman singers. there are many belters who are great, whilst many with non-belting dominant techniques who are also great.
