When the other party was in power, one of the minister’s brother used the government to take away a property that my family bought in 1974, and it’s worth in millions. We don’t have good political parties, only thieves who pretend to be politician.

Unfortunately students and teachers do not appreciate it. University students go on strike, they shud be grateful to the gov for giving a hodd education for free and not go on strike. They don't realise how expensive education in Western countries is or even how expensive it is at private unis. Even teachers go on strike asking for more. They get so many benefits from the gov, private and international school teachers don't get any of these benefits but the government school teachers demand even more. You've got this completely wrong. Sri Lanka's 2M tourists per year is not bad when compared to a known and popular destination like India, which has around 8M visitors per year. I believe, in terms of tourist infrastructure and hospitality, Sri Lanka is much ahead in the tourist industry than its neighbors. Although 2M visitors is decent for Sri Lanka, it is still not a well know tourist destination until the recent 2-3 years. I believe this will double in 5 years time. And remember, tourism is a fragile industry, and a resourceful country like Sri Lanka shall NOT have it to be one of the top industries in their economy.

You've got this completely wrong. Sri Lanka's 2M tourists per year is not bad when compared to a known and popular destination like India, which has around 8M visitors per year. I believe, in terms of tourist infrastructure and hospitality, Sri Lanka is much ahead in the tourist industry than its neighbors. Although 2M visitors is decent for Sri Lanka, it is still not a well know tourist destination until the recent 2-3 years. I believe this will double in 5 years time. And remember, tourism is a fragile industry, and a resourceful country like Sri Lanka shall NOT have it to be one of the top industries in their economy.

As a Sri Lankan I'm so proud of my country. In our country we have the wolrd main four religions. Buddhism, Christianity , Hinduism and isalam. We have a good education system and health as they are free for every Sri Lankan. Even we manage to control the corona virus , even the other countries could not control that , in this land we defeted that .I hope in the next 10 years we can achieve more targets. As a free democratic nation we can achieve more things. Im sure we can achieve more things in the future with a rapid development only problem we have is the currupt political system and currupt politicians thats the case. but we can win . Yes we can because we are lions , lions can't defeat.
Sorry for finding mistakes,but at last it should be lions cannot be defeated not defeat. The entire meaning could change because of that loss of 2 words😃😃😃

Bangladesh has done well in most of the parameters and the economy is one of the fastest growing so a lot of the info in this video is not upto date but that's because the video was done in 2020 but even still Bangladesh was doing very well back then according to many independent economic analyst and news forums.
