- Hello guys comparison of aseans vs South and East Asians. Most of you wanted this, most of you have been asked this, for your satisfaction we will compare 5 ASEANS, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Philippines 3 East and 2 south ASIANS Japan Bangladesh China India and South Korea.
Some of these countries are ranked 1st in the world in from some indicators therefore the expectation should be so high.
19 indicators to compare them among each other, using the latest available data.
Ratings will be one after another. The points will be shown here that countries will get through each rating. And here are the places they occupy in the world. Beside each rating, a red table will appear, in which points will be accumulated that countries will get from each rating.
lowest points goes to those with best indicators and highest to those with worse standard of living, The more points they earn throughout this video the worse standard of living, the lesser the better. Pretty tough comparison, let me know in the comments who will be first and who last? is it from ASEANS or East and South Asians. But before that I would be glad if you get your 5 seconds and subscribe to the channel appreciate our hard work as it means a lot to us.
And we begin with the first indicator which is human development in countries. Well start is taken by ASEANS - Singapore 9th in the world, next is from East ASIANS Japan 19th in the world Further is South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and China The last place is held by Bangladesh

Then, South Korea is the most desirable developed country closed to Northern European nations since S.Korea has the top ranking in democracy index, journalism index, child liveihood, gender equality...which are all about human centered index.
Metropolitan country like Singapore and Hongkong are not considered to take a referential note to learn since it is not properly applicable to the full size countries.
So Japan and Korea are the true developed Asian countries here so far.

That problem will happen if we continue to have a population boom and if we convert our lands to subdivision. There are countries who managed to retain 60 to 80% of their forest and natural parks like South Korea or Japan but that is because they choose to settle in the urban area with limited spaces.

This comparison is just ridiculous...first India and Bangladesh have more in common in terms of culture and proximity to ASEAN nations than East Asian countries like SK & Japan...you also left out Vietnam and Taiwan who are major players in Asia. Singapore is a city-state that should not be included since you can take Tokyo or Seoul metropolitan areas which still is way bigger than Singapore and would no doubt be in the 3rd behind Japan & Korea.
Bruh Asia is so big. South, east, middle east, and southeast Asia. This comparison was fair. Singapore is a sovereign nation thus, qualifies in every way. Taiwan is not an internationally recognised state. He took the most prosperous countries in ASEAN and ASIA. Viet is not prosperous. India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and pakistan are the only countries in South Asia so yeah.
