This comparison is just ridiculous...first India and Bangladesh have more in common in terms of culture and proximity to ASEAN nations than East Asian countries like SK & Japan...you also left out Vietnam and Taiwan who are major players in Asia. Singapore is a city-state that should not be included since you can take Tokyo or Seoul metropolitan areas which still is way bigger than Singapore and would no doubt be in the 3rd behind Japan & Korea.

Ya, korea has one of the fastest internet in the world. However in here Malaysia the internet is fast if you go near the wifi, but then it's disappear when you go a little further😂. You just need more router to add more coverage. But the price is worth it with the speed it has.

That is impressive! a little country without any natural resources, yet Singapore achieves the top ranking in many categories, it also beats Japan consistently, which represents the first world (I have nothing against Japan personally, just relaying the data).
The exact same way - the Philippines with so much natural resources ranks so low. The key difference is in the people: meritocracy and efficiency in Singapore, but personality politics and corruption in the Philippines.
