      you're all dumb thinking that to see results it takes just 1 week. The most important thing is perseverance and patient.

      It is important to make pauses in between! You should change your workout daily to give your muscles time to rest. This is very important.

      true meaning ("full on"). The concept of Angels' appearance are formidable, fearsome and huge.

    i have done this workout about 5 times so far, and absolutely love it!! i don’t usually sweat during at home workouts that aren’t cardio, but i’m so sweaty with a numb booty after 2 sets!! thank you romee ;)

    This actually does work. I've been doing it 5 times a week for about two months now and my butt is much more defined and my hip area is 2 cm larger. (I've been using ankle weights of 0.5 kg)

      I’ve done this butt workout a couple of times and it’s pretty good, I’ve started doing it a bit more. You do feel the burn and I think, if you do it consistently, you would see a difference.

    I started seeing results after a couple of times doing this, legs and butt start to look more toned and I actually feel muscles in inner thighs which is awesome. I also diet and stop eating at 6PM, I start eating around 9 or 10 in the morning.

      @@jazsol hey Jazzy, you cant bulk up (in the way you are thinking) because you are increasing cardio.. BUT since i started working out since jan 30th (yes I keep the journal and i am weighting myself every 2 weeks) i GAINED 6 pounds but at the same token i gained 3 pounds of muscle so at first you might gain a few pounds just because during the conversion you will see itbut it is very temp. you should see pound shedding within 1-2 months

    Amazing workout! I have finished my third week doing this workout and I can definitely see a difference! My butt is more toned and much more lifted. O and for the ones who are curious, I do two sessions of this per week and in one session I do this workout twice. Do you guys want updates?

      Tiziana Vikernes Okay, at the end of the first month I really was thrilled about the results. I now have finished my second month, and I've got to give away that I slipped of track at the beginning of the month, but now I have done this workout for two weeks already and I'm seeing new improvements again: My butt is more toned and lifted, as well as the back of my thighs. I'm still not where I want to be so don't expect that you will have a super model booty in two months. I hope that this helps you!

      I am 5'11 too, but I don't Look as tall as romee does, bc my Figure is 'normal'
