Hello - My wife is L2S is already has a job. However while filling the Form I9 L2S with I-94 comes under List C category which needs a List B doc. How a newly arrived L1 dependent should have any of the List B document ? Is there a way around this ??

Do the kids of aged 14 years or less need to attend the L2 Visa interview?

Hi, I have a question regarding how to pay the fees on CGI federal portal. I am an L1B visa holder and I am trying to get the visa for my spouse and son. I have filled up and submitted their DS160. When I login to my CGI federal portal, I am adding them as family members in my profile and then I am trying to book the appt however when I get to a fees payment page, I get a notification that I have to pay the fees for 3 people (which includes myself as well). My question is why would I have to pay for myself when I am trying to book the appt only for my spouse and son? Alternatively when I try to create their profile separately with their credentials the portal merge it back to my profile because it says we have a principle visa holder with same information and would merge my spouse profile to my profile. Can someone help me fix this? Thank you.
