I have L1A visa interview which is scheduled for next monday november 14th. One mistake that i made in my DS160 is that my previous work experience is mentioned as NO whereas in I129 its clearly stated. I have all the documents to proove my work experience as well as it is clearly mentioned on the i129 Petition details as well. Since my biometics is completed and now its too late to create a new DS160 i am actually really nervous as to whether this might become an issue or not. I t would be really helpful if you can let me know your thought on this. Also i am actually planning to openly tell them that it was a mistake in DS160 if the question is asked about my previous experience comes up, will this be fine? @shachi

I am 10years experienced and just 2years joined in current company am I eligible for L1B? Is it difficult to get L1B due to just 2year experience current company or it doesn’t matter ??
2. And once the current company apply L1B do it take time for interview or we can go to interview with in weeks ? Once interview is done how long it takes the process ??

I have one question on the L2 interview question- currently, I do work for a US company in Bangalore and my wife is the L1 applicant, if the interviewer asks me questions related to my intention to work in the US after work authorization should an answer like "I will try to get a role in the same org in the US office" will it create any negative impact.

Hi , My wife is working in an IT organisation currently and she is applying as dependent in L2 visa category. Is NOC (No Objection Certificate) required at this stage for the visa interview ? Does she need to resign first to get the NOC ? Thanks .

Is NOC from present organization of l2 visa applicant needed during visa interview? If yes, if he/she has already put doen her resignation before the visa interview will the resignation acceptance from HR enough or is the NOC still required?

Hi, hope you are doing well, I came across a news that B2 visas aren't been issued currently and even this is confirmed from AKBAR travels. Can you please let me that if I fill out the DS-160 form for B2 today and also make the payment of $160, I won't have to reapply for the application as the application is valid for 30 days only. I am applying from India.
hello, B2 slots are available. They are few, so will have to be tracked very closely.
Fees will be valid, but you have to fill the DS160 form again.

Q2 ) Having a B1/B2 visa already with a good travel history to US (4 visits) could it be an added advantage while L1?

To the 'Are you planning to work' question to the spouse, the real question is if they would be honest if this were a H1 or F1 dependent interview? LOL
