Sir, I am Permanent resident of USA Stuck abroad for almost 7 months due to lockdown and restrictions on international flights. I was to travel back to USA in mid February 2020. But was hospitalized for cat 3 dog bites. I rebooked myself for mid March to fly back but postponed because of COVID 19 scares. I then booked to fly on April 19 but by then India was under total lockdown and curfew with no international flights. Since then there are no flights from here. During this period I contacted US embassy in Delhi India and registered myself to fly back to US but never got a response. I also sent an email to CBP got a general reply to rules on green card holders. As I am still stuck up here with no waybto fly back could you please let me know the consequences on arrival and what should I do to save my green card. Your help in this matter in these very difficult times will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi Nick, you should make sure to re-enter the US before you have been outside of the country for 1 year. If this is not possible, you may have to apply for an SB1 Returning Resident Visa.

Great question Lucheo! There is no minimum number of employees required by the regulations. I would suggest at least 5 employees if possible.
