I'm hardcore gymer doing it from last 4 years n devloped well noticable aesthetic muscles, but I could not perform any of the exercises shown by you man..normal pull ups are easy but these are just next level or u can say last level workout...now installed pull up bar at my home and trying to follow it.....in lock down period at Canada...u gotta amazing skills Buddy.

Last May I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I have just recently made a 100% recovery and was finally cleared to do excercises. I started doing some of your workouts a few weeks ago. They are really great and your videos are very motivating. I have a long way to go before I can do these excercises but I do feel myself getting a lot stronger. Just wanted to say thanks.

I gotta say this dude is 100% legit. I was 6'1 224lbs I decided to get back in shape after cancer and started lifting and eating right when I found Chris Heria videos and Thenx program. I couldn't do pull ups yet and didn't know about proper forms of push up etc. I started his program on Thenx app and followed all his steps and now able to do chin ups and start to try these exercises. Your programs and exercise are the best oh and I'm down to 188 and in the best shape of my life because of your programs.
1. One arm pull ups (or one arm negatives) 2. Muscle ups (or negatives) 3. High L sit pull ups (or normal L sit pull ups/tuck sit pull ups) 4. One arm Chin up hold - switch arms. 5. Toes to bar (or 90 degree leg raises/knee tucks.

Could you make a Muscle-up to L sit video ? It's tripping me up for some reason. I can muscleup and swing over into an L-sit but can't muscleup straight into an L-sit.
If youre referring to when he was talking about negatives, I believe he was saying to go down into an L-Sit at the bottom, not doing an L-Sit on top of the bar. If youre doing a swing/basket catch to do an L-Sit on top of the bar, youre already way advanced enough to skip that step.

everytime i do the negative muscle up my triceps hurt a lot, am i doing it wrong? i also can dip with 2 plates and 10 pounds so 100Lb for 2 reps so my triceps aren't strong but there are not weak i think. someone please help
I believe you are over stretching your tricep fibers. As your chest lowers until it touches the bar, you might be in the position where your elbows are pointed sideways and your arm is clammed together, and you will feel that your triceps are being stretch more than they should.
You can validate this by simply closing your arm together as much as possible, but your bicep will still be in the way. Now try relaxing that arm and use your other hand to push it even closer together. You will then feel the triceps getting stretched.
