Just hit my first 8 miles cause of you and David goggins. Trying now to get into bow hunting. Thank you to you and David for changing my life. I’m 26 an was going down a bad way. But realized I needed to be a man.
This was something special I was meant to watch. I have been following David Goggins during 2018 to present. In most of his videos, he talked about a guy named Cam. I had been struggling since my dad passed away from cancer last October. It shattered me. Being lost and confused. Not wanting to run my online business because I had lost my spark. So, since then, I took some time to work on myself and see what lessons I can take to strengthen me and motivate me to be hungry for my success. Is watching this video and many more to focus on my main goal. Be a great dad to my son and be more hungry and obsessed to love what I do, so I never work another day. Cam and David are my biggest role models to tap into a mindset that you will be forever proud of living your best life ever. Thank you for the inspiration and encouragement to really become my best version of a dad and a loving partner.
Because of Goggins, and this guy i signed up for trail half marathon. Was tough as hell, endless hills but already signed up for another one in August. Gotta push through the pain
Cam, Thank you so much for sharing your story, I have run 72 Ultra Marathons since I quit drinking 17 years. I am going to keep adding Ultra Marathons for as long as God and my body will allow. I love your work ethic. I am also a loving husband and dedicated Elementary School Music Teacher. Keep sharing and inspiring. I completely understand how your wired.
Inspiring... 60 years into this life of mine and one thing I have learned that is always true. there is no substitute for hard work and putting in the effort!!
That final message at 14:16 really hits home the important work that Cameron is doing. He's inspiring thousands of people across the world, myself included, to be better people, to have hope and self-belief, and to keep pushing forward no matter what life throws our way. God bless you, Cam 🙏🏽🔥💪🏽🔨🔨
Thanks for share your history, the breakthrough was heavy. I think that the way you focus all the pain its crazy,i think that lost one of your parents made a huge impact on everyone's life. Love y'all ❤
Who would have thought that bowhunting, running and weightlifting would ever go together? I am here to tell you it did and still does....bowhunting will change you , and nature will heal you..why cause you share what the animals live and breath.. "may it never die" 🙏 amen.
The human body goes much further than people give it credit for. Greatness is so close to everyone, it’s just on the other side of discipline & dedication. It’s hard.
That was so effing beautiful... "Make friends with pain, and youll never be alone again", as someone who knows your story, and have always enjoyed training, i feel you 😂👊😎
Love the Keep Hammering attitude, but he says that "all he wanted was for his dad to be around". Is a guy that gets up before his family and gets home late around for his family? I want to hear where his personal life fits in to his professional life and passions
I served 2 tours in Iraq and that second tour I came back from I have never been the same. Logically you would blame the war.. I’m sure that has a lot to do with it, but that can’t just be it…. Like that’s It?? You can’t get your feet out of the cement again FOREVER?? I know this is not true but the anxiety and depression is like having 70lb sandbags on each shoulder at all times. These videos help me at least make the attempt to FIND ME again…. HE’s THERE… I have met him MULTIPLE TIMES in my life, but I haven’t seen him in awhile. I have watched from say 9:50 to 10:27 over and over again!! This shit is not HARD…. Get it done!! I appreciate you sir, God bless you!!!!
Come on soldier I know u ain't a puuuuuuusy, take the advantage of that 70lbs, uncle, I look up to u Mahn Don do me like that my icon being a pussy fuck that am fucking 50lbs of cement 6 days in a week son come on take the ads of what's lowering u down👊👊👊🔥
Exactly! That’s the only thing stopping me from getting into long distance running. I don’t mind running for 30 mins but I don’t want it to take up a huge portion of my fay
Just add 15 minutes every week or month or whatever you want....its a habit you create and become over time. Other things will seem less important as you progress....
When b!tch mode creeps in i think of the ones who can't do it anymore for the ones that would love to be out but can't, ultimately i grind for a better me for the family! Stay hard!
@@15blackfox You only have so much mileage on your heart just like a car. It makes it stronger for a little while and then it has a point of diminishing returns
"Nobody would want my childhood and to trade with me" because your dad wasn't around, is one of the most stupid, ignorant things I've ever heard. I'm glad you take responsibility for your actions, and I agree there is so much value and truth in taking action instead of making excuses and viewing yourself as a victim, and I'm sorry you lost your dad, but so many people in this world would absolutely want to trade places with someone who grew up safe in the first world, and lost a parent. There are people who's very earliest memories are all of violence, or people who get sold into sex slavery or have to be child soldiers etc etc etc. It's good to not pity ourselves too much, but it becomes really toxic when you start saying things like no one would ever have it worse enough than you that they'd want to trade childhoods. That actually, is kind of viewing yourself as this victim who had like the worst life anyone could possibly have, and is more about lack of empathy for others than it is about lack of self pity. Luck has absolutely been a factor in the positive aspects of your life and some gratitude and awareness of that fact as well as that other people have had it worse than you would benefit you greatly.
