I started doing 100 pushups every morning because i was so out of shape after breaking my back 14 years ago. And then i just happened to discover david goggins on joe rogan. Now i’m doing this outdoor yoga class, and i’m running three times a week. Also, i met a girl in yoga class. Thanks david goggins!

I haven't weight trained since I was in college playing basketball. I was never strong in my upper body, so benching anything was a challenge. I want to tip my hat and pay respects to the trainer/spotter encouraging him...for those who haven't had someone standing over you pushing you and spotting you like that, one of the most endearing things about training in a gym with people like this is (and I assure you of this) if that was out-of-shape me instead of DG on that bench, and I had an empty bar trying to do 45lbs 10 times, that guy would be just as passionate and just as pleased to see me push and go for it as he was encouraging Goggins to do his crazy reps. These guys just want everyone to aspire to find a new level every time, no matter what that level is. Watching this makes me want to try just to feel it again.
After all he's been through, to get to the point where he can finally say he's a winner. You can see it in his eyes in that last scene. The eyes of someone who's over came their challenges and still are!

My point is that hunting IS necessary in quite a lot of us who are keeping in sync with our evolutionary past. It is in our DNA and it satisfies the need in us to be connected with our world. Not this artificial world we have been forced to accept. But the natural world we were born in to. You call it ‘fashionable’ to hunt these days.. and to a lot of the celebrity hunters out there cashing in on it, that statement holds true. It’s hard work climbing 1000’s of vertical feet at high altitude chasing elk, mountain goats, sheep, bears, etc... it takes dedicated year round fitness effort to maintain that muscle and cardiovascular efficiency to keep in shape for this. Cam has givena great blueprint to a lot of us hunters how to stay prepared for this. I will argue that emotionally, physically, and mentally we are better off for it in the long run. The billionaires reference is lost on me.. it sure what they have to do with this video. So they chose to spend their lives counting $$ and being out of shape (according to you). 3 days ago I ran a marathon without training. I was inspired by David goggins. At one point at 25 km I couldn't run anymore, my legs were like in real fucking pain and I was hallucinating the clouds were coming at me and back again, I didn't had a good preparation with food and sleep too it was a impulsive action I was supposed to run 15 km and the day before I had been drinking a lot of alcohol with friends, so I thought I had no option but to quit. I almost couldn't walk from the pain and I walked to a ice cream place and bought the biggest ice-cream I could buy, and after that the pain did somewhat go away and I had to think about David goggins about getting hard and not being a pussy and I got the motivation to go on and finish the marathon. Really proud and happy I did it and David goggins definitely gave me some big motivation during the run.

I have listened to “Can’t hurt me” about 5 times. David Goggins has changed the way I look at my life. On another note, this man is on a hole Nother level every day of the week. #theworldhasitshero
The story goes as follows: It was David's second time going through hell week. He was the leader of "Boat Crew 2" and instead of letting the instructor fuck them over, they took on every challenge. The instructors had beaten down on everyone, thinking smugly to themselves; "I'm better than all of them". But Boat Crew 2 never quit, never gave those instructors satisfaction. On the day when every team was the most tired, boat crew 2 was still going strong, carrying their boat. Weak and shivering, David screamed at his crew to show the instructors what they got. And then they THREW the boat up in the air and caught it. They did this twice. The instructors were speechless, and it looked like David had taken their souls. That night, the instructors would not be getting any sex, as their minds were occupied by thoughts of Boat Crew 2.
We gotta protect these men. They’ve become such a rare kind these days for a number of reasons. We ought to look up to them, talk about them, emulate them. Not in the sense of dumb, pointless worshiping, but to reflect on our own experience and get our own sh*t together. To build the right mentality that proves everything’s possible. I really respect Cam for showing David the Oregonian's way of life. Lift-Run-Shoot, Train-Provide-Hunt (I would add surfing in there since I live near the Oregon Coast). Many thanks to these 2 men, there are many days when i get up in the winter months, and it's dark and depressing, outside and which makes it easy to to feel sorry for yourself but listening to strong people like these guys have encouraged me to work hard and not complain.

Goggins is becoming my new motivation. 3 weeks ago I maxed out on military press at 205lbs jamming out to my music. Today I did 225lbs 3 times without music my entire lift just thinking about goggins and what hes done. If this guy can run 100 miles or do 67,000+ pull ups, I can do 10 more pounds or 1 more rep. I cant wait to work out again tomorrow without music and just using my mind and new found motivation.

3 days ago I ran a marathon without training. I was inspired by David goggins. At one point at 25 km I couldn't run anymore, my legs were like in real fucking pain and I was hallucinating the clouds were coming at me and back again, I didn't had a good preparation with food and sleep too it was a impulsive action I was supposed to run 15 km and the day before I had been drinking a lot of alcohol with friends, so I thought I had no option but to quit. I almost couldn't walk from the pain and I walked to a ice cream place and bought the biggest ice-cream I could buy, and after that the pain did somewhat go away and I had to think about David goggins about getting hard and not being a pussy and I got the motivation to go on and finish the marathon. Really proud and happy I did it and David goggins definitely gave me some big motivation during the run.

The story goes as follows:
It was David's second time going through hell week. He was the leader of "Boat Crew 2" and instead of letting the instructor fuck them over, they took on every challenge. The instructors had beaten down on everyone, thinking smugly to themselves; "I'm better than all of them". But Boat Crew 2 never quit, never gave those instructors satisfaction. On the day when every team was the most tired, boat crew 2 was still going strong, carrying their boat. Weak and shivering, David screamed at his crew to show the instructors what they got. And then they THREW the boat up in the air and caught it. They did this twice. The instructors were speechless, and it looked like David had taken their souls. That night, the instructors would not be getting any sex, as their minds were occupied by thoughts of Boat Crew 2.

I really respect Cam for showing David the Oregonian's way of life. Lift-Run-Shoot, Train-Provide-Hunt (I would add surfing in there since I live near the Oregon Coast). Many thanks to these 2 men, there are many days when i get up in the winter months, and it's dark and depressing, outside and which makes it easy to to feel sorry for yourself but listening to strong people like these guys have encouraged me to work hard and not complain.

Goggins is becoming my new motivation. 3 weeks ago I maxed out on military press at 205lbs jamming out to my music. Today I did 225lbs 3 times without music my entire lift just thinking about goggins and what hes done. If this guy can run 100 miles or do 67,000+ pull ups, I can do 10 more pounds or 1 more rep. I cant wait to work out again tomorrow without music and just using my mind and new found motivation.
