I am feeling pain in my thighs upper thighs. Any suggestions mam. I have been doing some basic yoga like uttanpadasan, pawanmuktasan, standing forward bend. Standing side bend, sarvangasan. I have started with tikonasan and Virbhadra San. Could you please recommend anything
This is not the correct posture for nauka asana.. her lower back is scooped inside which can hurt your back. It is very important for beginners to learn from correct and authentic source. 🙏🏽
