Hai.. Your videos are great.. I have a small suggestion.. While your doing double leg raising exercise always remember slowly take your legs back to the floor.. That will give more effects on your core stability.

Exactly.... while the leg goes up we need to inhale and when we drop the leg down we should exhale.
