Good morning team! I have been quiet for the past few days, but I’ve been working out with you. First, Caroline you are crazy good, but I don’t want to see that chair again😳🤣🤣🤣 second, I feel someone needs to hear this. This is Your workout journey, emphasis on “YOUR”. Many people see Caroline and say, she’s got a great body, and I want to look like her, or I can do what she does. Understand, YOU are beautiful, because you are you, not by trying to look like someone else. Caroline is beautiful because she’s, her. Everyone is made and built differently, and you will not look exactly like the next person, and it’s okay. Don’t get frustrated or down because you can’t get her legs, arms or abs. Don’t get upset if you can’t lift what she does. Stay the course and you will see YOUR own growth, strength, and transformation. Be happy that YOU are in the journey that will take YOU to YOUR goals. Love you all.
Hi Amber...I couldn’t agree with you more!! We are all individuals with our own personal goals and for each person each workout is their workout. It doesn’t matter what weights you use etc. What matters is that we enjoy our workouts, that we support each other rather than competing, and that we work out in the way that suits us. As I say we all have our own individual goals...and from what I can see we are achieving some brilliant things! Great comment and so pleased you posted this! Matthew
Absolutely so well said Amber! And what you said about weights... overtime most of you will need heavier weights! And do more push ups, lunge lower etc! It’s a fun challenge with yourself! I never have focused on aesthetics in my training such as train for smaller waist, do this for thinner thighs or bigger glutes etc I prefer nailing that first clapping push up than an extra 1/2 inch off waist. Train for that feeling, the confidence, the empowerment to take on life whatever it throws to you! And of course knocking out those push ups! And smashing an EPIC HIIT session!! 😆😆😆👊🏼
This was one of the most difficult ones for me. Did half of it in the morning and the other half at night. Also, took too many breaks. But I finished it. Don't know if today's workout increased my strength but it definitely increased my willpower. I'm so proud of myself. Thank you so much Caroline. You are changing my life. 🦄❤💪🏻

I can do this! I will do this! I will smash it 👊 Focus and contract my core for a smooth sail. I’m not here to check my weight or loose weight because that will only demotivate me. I love how my body feels and how much I have progress with my strength. I’m here because I enjoy every workout and simply love fitness especially weight lifting.It’s fun and always exciting, it’s my kinda of lifestyle. I’m impressed with how you incorporated all possible variations of Bulgarian lunges into this 😂. Despite half crying, half yelling throughout this, I’m honestly obsessed with your workouts. The after burn on the targeted muscle groups is amazing. I can always feel it in my sleep & the next day.

Bulgarian lunges 😖I don’t like them, so I’ll do them, 🙃it’s part of me training my mind and knowing that many times you have to do things you don’t like, I know the feeling of passing through something hard, it really gets me on a different level and at the end I feel awesome.😆 Before starting I love to read the comments of all those of you who made it and that gives me a PUSH 💪 THANK YOU CAROLINE❤️

I was quite terrified to do this workout but ended up actually enjoying it! I picked up some slightly lighter weights than usual as I knew Bulgarian Lunges are not to tamper with and it was still hard but I feel incredibly accomplished now! :)
My most dreaded exercise! I think I wanted to quit at 9% but slowly my body warmed up and I made it! Thanks to you too Caroline! I appreciate you so much!

I used to hate all the lower body exercises so much and couldn't even think of doing them with weights . and now , guys , I'm actually doing them with 9.5 kg dumbbells! well , they're still hard but I am harder!!! lol) dear Caroline , thank you so much !!! Wow, this workout was something else! Some time ago, I thought I was gonna hate so many Bulgarian lunges, but the truth is I love them! They are responsible for my legs achieving a whole new level of strength and endurance. Loved it! Thanks, Caroline!

I did this workout today to honour the memory of our beloved Janet Cox. RIP sweet Janet...you will be missed. Hi Caroline, I have always known that Bulgarian lunges are one of your favourite exercises!! And we certainly get plenty of them here! They are such a brilliant exercise for lower body...and I always feel they work the core hard too! But I have certainly never done anywhere near so many reps in one session!! Hi Caroline...just finished! I really enjoyed it...I actually like doing high rep workouts like this...and all the variations kept it interesting! I estimate that roughly I did 500 lunges (250 on each side) and 350 single leg raises (175 on each side)! The only exercise where I couldn’t match reps on each side was the pulses...I just couldn’t do as many on the second leg!! Another great workout, Caroline, Thank You!!! Matthew

In every workout there’s a spot where I’m not sure if I’ll be able to finish it and I take an extra 20 seconds of rest, maybe drop some weight, and push through. That’s the best part of the workout. Thank you Caroline for giving workouts where that happens every single time ❤️❤️
This is my second time doing this series. The first time, I was post-acl replacement, my third, and had been non-weight bearing for 6 months. Needless to say, I had to modified everything. Still, it was super motivating to see progress and I made it through on my terms. Fast forward to present day, I decided to do this series again. I am thrilled to say that this time around I can now finish every session without taking breaks, I am working with 80% of CG's weight, and I don't need to modify any exercises. My only 'cheat' is that I am doing the workouts every second day, not 5 days per week. Still, I am feeling strong and looking forward to building up my strength and endurance even more. Thanks for being a fantastic community!
I like to see how we are all seeing progress in our performance, increasing weights, resistance, repetitions, seeing real changes in our body as the weeks go by. There is no better proof that the EPIC program works than reading the reviews. I am so happy to have found this channel!

Caroline, used to hate lunges but since EPIC there's only appreciation and becoming one of my favourites ❤. When B lunges first appeared i thought 😨😱 but improved so much since then. So looking forward to smashing this session. Upper body definitely need a rest today.

If came up as part of a lunge search (can't imagine i would ever search for that specially ) i would have avoided that too. Going beyond EPIC i will try everything Cx conjure up. I would of normally just scrolled past this type of workout, but the benefit of following a programme is you have to get out of your comfort zone. I'm loving this epic programme. Thank you Caroline.
Caroline! I did the Tabata yesterday and oh how it burnt! I was able to push my self to the limit, I felt sick 😂 And I’m so proud of myself because of it. I feel muscle soreness in my quads, which I always find difficult to do. That’s a milestone on its own for me. My body is changing. I’m more confident, and more capable. I feel so so strong! Usually Bulgarian lunges make me nervous. But you know what? I’ve come so so far. Thank you Caroline for all you’ve done for me, and all you’re doing for us! Even once this program finishes, I know I’ve learnt enough to keep pushing myself as you’ve taught me to. You’re a star!
My god this was hard for me 😓. I really struggled and almost gave up but I finished it. My hips and legs are crying with pain right now. Bring on day 38 💪
Done ✅ I'm proud of myself for being able to do every single exercise in this session...not as many reps as Caroline and not as well as she does it, but I still did it ❤️ Still really amazed at my progress. I could barely do 5 Bulgarians when it first appeared in Epic 1 and now over 30 mins of it at 7-12 reps on each side 😍 The progress is VERY, VERY real 💪🏻
I remember the first time around I absolutely HATED this workout. I’m doing this program for a second time and this is now one of my favorites within the ten weeks!

As soon as I saw Bulgarian lunges I told myself that there is no way I could accomplish this workout as I CAN'T do Bulgarian lunges...well I decided to shut off my thoughts and give it a try and I completed it....and LOVED it! I can't thank you enough Caroline for continuing to push me.
Bulgarian lunges: my most challenging move by far, but I see the tiny improvements and strength gains. I didn't know I had it in me, thank you Caroline!

😵💫 Oh, I most definitely like all of your workouts, but this one was just a constant struggle for me -- I was struggling with my balance, with switching legs in time, and most of all I was struggling with the chair, which wasn't quite steady and was rocking back and forth, left and right, making noises and hitting the wall all the time. I thought it was going to break towards the end but I guess it was just enduring this workout together with me. =) This workout tested my will rather than my strength, and I'm really glad I didn't quit (although I wanted to very much) and completed this crazy Day 37. Bulgarian nightmare. Thanks a lot for this test of patience 🙏
That sounds terrifying haha 😂 Definitely frustrating having a non-optimal setup, but hey, it shows we can adapt to the situation! Instead of a chair, I was using a bed with a boxspring mattress on it and that added a whole new level of balance challenge on the step-ups O_o Still loved this workout though and I can say I'm far less scared of Bulgarian lunges than I was before.😃
This workout was a challenging one for me Lunges has always kick my butt, because they are tough and intense, but they are definitely effective. Thank You Caroline for another explosive workout.
This is the first time I have been consistent with exercise for over 14 years. Had been seeing my muscle mass disappearing but now its all coming back. Muscles are so important as a glucose sink to prevent and control Diabetes. Thankfully I changed my diet 4 years ago and lost 70 pounds but Carolines Epic program is giving me back my muscles. Seeing so many changes. Loving this program. Come on, let it burn.

Another great workout. I could feel the 'heat' in my quads during the workout 🔥. I was quite new to Bulgarian lunges prior to this program but I love that I'm getting better at it and I know that very soon I'm going to love it like I do burpees now, thanks to you Caroline 😁❤

Michele...I feel u girl. A few months back Caroline posted a routine of Bulgarian lunges which I was dreading bc lunges were NOT my favorite either. With that said it felt good to get out of my head and over come my dislike of lunges. I’m now okay with all of Caroline’s lunges including Bulgarian. 😀🏋️♀️
Definitely seeing improvements in my legs, the muscular tone and control, but still have room for improvement. The most positive and most important detail is that there has been significant improvement since I started this program! So much gratitude to you, Caroline! 🙏🏻

Yeah by 3/4 I was only able to get through about half of each set...especially when the holds to full range and full range to pulses came around

I used to hate all the lower body exercises so much and couldn't even think of doing them with weights . and now , guys , I'm actually doing them with 9.5 kg dumbbells! well , they're still hard but I am harder!!! lol) dear Caroline , thank you so much !!! I would never be where I am now without you! so grateful.

They are such a brilliant exercise for lower body...and I always feel they work the core hard too! But I have certainly never done anywhere near so many reps in one session!! Hi Caroline...just finished! I really enjoyed it...I actually like doing high rep workouts like this...and all the variations kept it interesting! I estimate that roughly I did 500 lunges (250 on each side) and 350 single leg raises (175 on each side)! The only exercise where I couldn’t match reps on each side was the pulses...I just couldn’t do as many on the second leg!! Another great workout, Caroline, Thank You!!! Matthew

In every workout there’s a spot where I’m not sure if I’ll be able to finish it and I take an extra 20 seconds of rest, maybe drop some weight, and push through. That’s the best part of the workout. Thank you Caroline for giving workouts where that happens every single time ❤️❤️
Not every workout for me, but definitely any where there are a lot of lunges or squat pulses.
This is my second time doing this series. The first time, I was post-acl replacement, my third, and had been non-weight bearing for 6 months. Needless to say, I had to modified everything. Still, it was super motivating to see progress and I made it through on my terms. Fast forward to present day, I decided to do this series again. I am thrilled to say that this time around I can now finish every session without taking breaks, I am working with 80% of CG's weight, and I don't need to modify any exercises. My only 'cheat' is that I am doing the workouts every second day, not 5 days per week. Still, I am feeling strong and looking forward to building up my strength and endurance even more. Thanks for being a fantastic community!
I like to see how we are all seeing progress in our performance, increasing weights, resistance, repetitions, seeing real changes in our body as the weeks go by. There is no better proof that the EPIC program works than reading the reviews. I am so happy to have found this channel!

Caroline, used to hate lunges but since EPIC there's only appreciation and becoming one of my favourites ❤. When B lunges first appeared i thought 😨😱 but improved so much since then. So looking forward to smashing this session. Upper body definitely need a rest today.

Caroline! I did the Tabata yesterday and oh how it burnt! I was able to push my self to the limit, I felt sick 😂
And I’m so proud of myself because of it. I feel muscle soreness in my quads, which I always find difficult to do. That’s a milestone on its own for me. My body is changing. I’m more confident, and more capable.

Done ✅ I'm proud of myself for being able to do every single exercise in this session...not as many reps as Caroline and not as well as she does it, but I still did it ❤️ Still really amazed at my progress. I could barely do 5 Bulgarians when it first appeared in Epic 1 and now over 30 mins of it at 7-12 reps on each side 😍 The progress is VERY, VERY real 💪🏻

😵💫 Oh, I most definitely like all of your workouts, but this one was just a constant struggle for me -- I was struggling with my balance, with switching legs in time, and most of all I was struggling with the chair, which wasn't quite steady and was rocking back and forth, left and right, making noises and hitting the wall all the time. I thought it was going to break towards the end but I guess it was just enduring this workout together with me. =) This workout tested my will rather than my strength, and I'm really glad I didn't quit (although I wanted to very much) and completed this crazy Day 37. Bulgarian nightmare.

That sounds terrifying haha 😂 Definitely frustrating having a non-optimal setup, but hey, it shows we can adapt to the situation! Instead of a chair, I was using a bed with a boxspring mattress on it and that added a whole new level of balance challenge on the step-ups O_o Still loved this workout though and I can say I'm far less scared of Bulgarian lunges than I was before.😃
This workout was a challenging one for me Lunges has always kick my butt, because they are tough and intense, but they are definitely effective. Thank You Caroline for another explosive workout.

This is the first time I have been consistent with exercise for over 14 years. Had been seeing my muscle mass disappearing but now its all coming back. Muscles are so important as a glucose sink to prevent and control Diabetes. Thankfully I changed my diet 4 years ago and lost 70 pounds but Carolines Epic program is giving me back my muscles. Seeing so many changes. Loving this program. Come on, let it burn.
