Day 39 of EPIC | NO JUMPING Full Body Workout with Dumbbells | Trisets

  • 1 HOUR TRI SET FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT... every muscle in the body will be targeted! A mixture of compound and isolation exercises combined!
    All you will need for this full body workout is a mat and a pair of dumbbells. The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg each.
    The timer will be on throughout for 30 seconds. We perform each exercise for 30 seconds, straight into 30 seconds of another exercise and again for one more. We then rest for 30 seconds before repeating triset once more!
    Following each pair of competed trisets, we will perform a staple triset. This staple triset will change at the half way point.
    We begin on the mat with abs specific dumbbell exercises before moving to full body movements.

    A lot of variety, a lot of work! Focus on your alignment throughout ....
    hips facing forward in curtsey lunges
    Back flat in RDLs
    Don’t overreach for the floor in RDLs
    Back flat at all times for Good Mornings
    Perform bodyweight or with one dumbbell if needed during certain exercises
    Perform the renegade rows slowly and prepare for lift by squeezing quads and glutes to prevent rocking.
    And relax (to an extent)! Try to keep your breathing as regulated as possible!

    well, it actually took me 1 hour and 30 mins to finish this one.( and I have to confess : at some points I felt like I would never finish , but that's just my mind being mean to me again ) and also I refused to drop my 9.5 kg dumbbells. so Makers were pretty hard for me today as I used to do them with only 4 kg dumbbells. oh, and during those Hover to crab presses my body was like "wtf is going on here ,girl???" lol) and one last thing to my EPIC fam: please , don't listen to that mean voice in your head! believe in yourself ! you can do it!

    Today, I did my very first full pushup not on my knees. I can't believe how far I've come. Exercises I would have skipped before because I'd immediately look at it and think I couldn't do it, I at least give them a try now. And most of the time, I can actually do it! Thank you, Caroline.

    Done ✅ Quite poorly as I didn't have enough sleep and I wasn't feeling like working out today but still, I did it. I always tell myself that it's better to do poorly than to do nothing at all. Anyway, 11 more days and I'll be an Epic 1 finisher ❤️

    After doing your workouts Caroline, I have gained so much strength! I feel like a spring, more like a ping pong ball the whole day once I have completed the workout of the day. 5 kg weights used to feel so difficult to me but now I am using 7.5 kg weights and I am able to do most of the exercises with proper form! This is pure magic Caroline! Thank you so much for this EPIC programme our EPIC lady 🤗💪❤️

      Hi Marcela...I think you have made a really good point here that one of the things Caroline is so brilliant at is getting us to do the maximum amount of work without wasting time.. so Yiu can really fit a lot of work into a 1 hour class...far more than with other instructors.     I have so many things to say about this workout, but I don’t know where to start. 😂 At one point, I just shook my head and whispered to myself, “I don’t think I like her today. I don’t like her.” 😂 Then the freaking countdown was going so slow on this one. I made it though. 21 lb Dumbells. 🙌🏾

      Hi Caroline...just finished...and as a sort of extra warm up I did your 15 min abs at the start...I just couldn’t wait to do it!! Both workouts superb as always! The hover to crab press was tricky to get right, the makers as always were fun to do and the round with squat pulses on toes then squat hold on toes was tough!!     I am so proud of myself for getting through this workout! I can’t seem to get a full night’s sleep lately, so I was tired, had to drop to lighter weights, and am now back in bed. 😮‍💨 😂 That timer was going SO SLOW, I thought I might have to quit halfway through, but I DID IT. 🙌🏻👊🏻 Thank you, Caroline!

    I love the way she stops and starts again because she's having a hard time working out. It proves she's not a robot. It could be a human being. It is a special difference from other TH-cam. I like it.

      Yes! She is real! And she uses weights that push her, like she expects us to! Most YTers use weights just to ‘get them through’ and push themselves in their own personal workouts! That’s why she’s the BEST! ❤️

    Deep breath.. relax.. done. I just completed Day 39. Incredible 1 hr workout. I am pretty sure today was the toughest 1 hr Caroline workout thus far. And as they say, the tougher it is, the more exhilarating it is to complete. Nice one Caroline! Let's Go!

    Well that's Friday FullBody completed. Very tough today used 12.5kg and managed OK. A lot of Squats, Lunges, Makers, and Romanians.... just like your Christmas Selection Box all your favourites in one place😉. I don't know how everyone else is feeling but this has been a tough week of packed workouts. Can't wait to see what the last few weeks have in store for us all.       @@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew I'm still recovering....on legs I normally use the same weights as Caroline but as this was quite the combination I used my upperbody reference point and went to one set up... 12.5. So lets just say I had a great workout. Ah I was gutted for our wee team would have been a lift in these times but we will just have to hope that we win the final of the Voice.... we have two chances there. Offcoarse we also have the best PT on youtube in our Caroline so we are lucky there. Have a fab weekend Matthew and see you Sunday.

      Hi Anthony! What a Friday!!⭐⭐⭐ This workout is definitely in my top favourites ! Like you said it....just like a Christmas box but not with chocolates ☺️ If you used 12.5 kg than I bet you sweat a lot and you smashed this workout!!👏👏 I used 10 kg mostly and for other exercises 5 kg, each time I try to push myself to gain more strenght and resistance...but some exercises are hurting my lower back so I try to be careful with that. Yesterday was rest day but I did the EMOM from a while ago and some shoulder exercises😊 Can't wait for Sunday's workout but on the other hand...week 7 will be ending..and we are getting closer and closer to the end of the Epic program 😢

    Truly EPIC!!! Slightly tough, but doable..Burned742 calories, no break but used 4 kgx 2 dumbbells..

    This was definitely one of my favourite workouts in this program! I love all the exercises so much. I had to take a few extra breaths in between but I'm soo happy and proud that I finished it in one hour. I am so much stronger than I think, all thanks to you, Caroline! Love you!

    Another winner from the EPIC vault ! Actually I haven't come across a workout from Caroline that I don't like. The benefits of these well planned sessions are numerous. Not only strength, fitness and definition but no migraines , great posture , no more lower back problems , good clean eating habits formed and last but not the least ..good solid sleep at night. If I were to rate the trainer and her workout I would give her 100/10!!

    Yesterday's arm workout was a killer. I couldn't even do 1 push up by the end..Feeling my arms today but will still give this workout a try! From the comments, I know it's gonna be another sweaty one :) Thanks again for all these amazing workouts!

NO WORDS 😶 from me I assume everyone all here type of community is might be feel exactly same like me from first start to end 100% till cool down .     I will be 65 next month and I love your videos so much. Sometimes I take a little longer to complete them,. but you always say go at your own pace--so I do! Thank you so much for putting out these videos. Because of my work schedule, it would not be worth it financially to join a gym, so your videos are perfect for me.

    I did this workout with my mum, who hasn't been working out often. I hadn't seen her for many months because of Australia's strict COVID lockdowns, and I didn't want to break the routine even on the day I went to visit her, and she is so supportive she offered to join in instead! She loved it, even coming into the middle of week 8 and she's sore but motivated as a result. Thanks Caroline.

    One of the hardest workouts I've experienced in a long time. I've used 20 lbs each and I had to take some extra breaks and/or finish 5 seconds b4 the timer was up. Keep them coming, Caroline. You r the best 🤗

    Amazing, I'm soaked in sweat but my body feels so light right now! Upped my weights (to 6kg) and was surprised at how challenging yet doable and FUN it felt. I swear, half the challenge of upping weights is getting over the mental block of, "I won't survive this workout🥵" and doing it anyway. I'm gaining strength and determination with this program and feel so much happier than before, it's unreal. 💗

    Wow!! Really enjoyed this one today..
    Was a very well thought and planned workout...
    I really love the staple sets in between ❤️
    Those squats burnout at the end were really good, kept going right to the end, but I swear you got faster towards the end but I kept up with you the whole way through the burnout, so feeling very proud of myself

    My legs are like jelly, I can feel the burn all over...
    Feeling totally amazing completing day 39💪💪
    I Even did a quick tabata afterwards to finish off..

    And it’s funny but during your trainings I’m often talking with you,
    in some moments when you making little brakes, I’m telling you: “Don’t give up, I’m with you, Caroline!” 😂😂😂 Im so brave because my dumbbells 5 times smaller then yours 😂😂😂.
    Or for example, when you doing push-ups so many reps, while I’m simply die, I’m telling you: “oh crazy wild woman, I love you!” And of course in that moments I know you “hear” me.😂

    Loved this one. I am totally get STRONGER and renegade rowed 15lbers today 💪! I didn't think I could do it but I FREAKING did!! Great full body FRIDAY 🎉

    I’ll be honest I will a little scared for this one as you keep stepping it up a notch! You definitely didn’t disappoint. A few exercises I didn’t know but was able to catch on quick and LOVED this workout! Thanks again for giving us such a mindful workout❣️❣️

    This was my best workout so far. But at times I needed some extra rest cause my heart was racing. Anybody else had the same problem? But I am so proud that I was able to finish. Thanks Caroline, I would have never thought that I was able to get here and do such challenging workouts. You really inspire us every day!! 🔥💯💝💪

    I don't know about y'all but I burned almost 500 cal with modifications due to my injuries on my wrist & big toe so I applaud everyone else following the routine as it is!!!!!!! I am toasted but I am like...Bring it on...LOL

    My phone had some problems connecting to the net for two days, so yesterday I used my husband's cellphone to do the workout.Happy that I am committed to do these workouts even when it is difficult to. It is all thanks to u and your amazing Epic Program Caroline.

    That was a truly Epic workout! I just finished and I feel so strong! I had my 15 pound weights out just in case but I never had to go lighter than 20 pounds. Definitely a challenge the whole time but so worth it😀. Hope everyone has a good rest day tomorrow!
