    I like how she includes a link to her 30min cardio workout at the end of this one, like I’m barely maintaining my basic functions after this workout...honestly I don’t think I can walk anymore

    I’m 52 & trained all my life too - I’ve been training with Caroline for the past few months & it’s the best results I’ve had in a long time.
    I’m regaining the definition I used to have. I’m stronger & more toned. Youve given me my body confidence back Caroline, which I didn’t think I’d have again after turning 50.
    Thank you for your brilliant training expertise.
    I don’t think you realise what a difference you are making to peoples life’s physically & mentally.

      I feel the same after turning 50 everything changed in my body and 2yrs later had a catostrophic injury to my back. There go my high heels... Still live with tingling and night time cramps but these workout are a godsend.. it's helped in many ways, my tone and definition has increased.. I high 5 you Caroline loved that you did that. in yesterday routine. Too cute..I high 5 you back.. you're amazing..💪💪🤟🤟👠👍😘♥️

    Love this workout! Complexes are the best. And after 4 months of training with Caroline, I’ve finally graduated from 10lb to 15lb weights for biceps. Yay! 💪🏻

    Hi Caroline. I'm 62 years old and live in Toronto, Canada. You have been my inspiration since January 2021. You have given me something to look forward to during this pandemic by inspiring me to do my very best and, as a result, I have gotten stronger and healthier. I completed the Epic 1 program once and now I'm on my second round with heavier weights. Once I complete Epic 1 again, I will move onto Epic 2. I'm so happy I found you. :)

    Hello, everyone! Day 33: done! I'm trying to do my workouts in the morning because it gives me incredible energy, as much as my 3 boys, for the rest of the day! This one is as we love them, intense, in force, in control, technical too! Warm up long before! You'll see that after a few minutes, 8 or 10kg will seem huge to you! Thanks to Caroline, I learned that focussing on muscle soliciting, by controlling its movement, increasing the impact of exercise. One of the big differences with the videos proposed by other coach is that Caroline really takes the time to give us the right positions, teach us the technique to be more effective but also avoid injury.Good practice, everyone, have fun!     Oh my GOSH Caroline, TWO milestones today! Firstly its my 33-anniversary... meaning I’m picking after today where I had to leave off the first time due to illness. I hit RESTART when that happened and I have worked my way back to 33 and I’m so excited to move FORWARD!!! The second milestone is that last night my Mr. and I were horsing around and he squeezed my biceps and said “WOW!!!!” - admitted my muscles were in as good shape as his own... thats a huge compliment coming from him! THANK YOU so very much. You’ve made this isolation time not only bearable, but enjoyable and strengthening in every way. I cannot express enough gratitude.       Hi Yeli, I feel ur soreness. I’ve felt like I have been in a perpetual state of soreness since beginning my journey with Caroline months ago. But not complaining bc I’ve never felt better and I’ve been active and worked out my whole life. Happy ur seeing gains. That awesome. 😊

    Hi Caroline...I have really enjoyed the mixed workouts this week with different body parts and this looks like another brilliant one! Last time I did biceps with you my biceps were sore for about 3 days afterwards and I suspect this will be the same!! And the supersets for legs look challenging but fun!     Epic 33 completed. It was challenging but very interesting because Caroline has used her creative juices to keep us motivated. The music was groovy during the biceps work and I danced💖

    What a wonderful workout!! So challenging and yet enjoyable. It was particularly hard as I finally upped my wts from 5 kgs to 7.5kgs. It feel so happy today. Looking forward to more workouts!! I am almost down to 3kgs since i started the epic journey. I am yet to take the measurements and i will wait till the last day to compare the overall progress. I just can’t believe that i am able to do all these exercises. Never been a healthy person but i am loving how strong i have grown over last 3-4 months! You have been a big part of it Caroline. You truly are godsend.

    Just finished this workout and Oh God it was piece of Hell to the legs and biceps my shoulders are still sore I had to go on slower pace for this workout specially the complex parts and stopped many times to rest it’s a BadA$$ workout need patience ,strength ,challenging mind and body to push through all. I used 2x 10.25kg for the complexes and 2X 8.75 kg for the biceps parts
    The finisher is amazing I even add head shoulders press .
    I now enjoy these repetitive workouts as the results very good for the body.
    Thank you very much looking forward for next Epic workout. I hope everyone enjoy it and push it harder.

      You did a GREAT job with that weight!! In my legs I have more strength, but for my arms usually cut in half to the weight that Caroline uses and from there I have been gradually increasing. With the leg complex today, loading the 2x10kg for 10 minutes involves a lot of effort for my wrists, so I had to work with 8kg.

      @@maribelcasas8940 Thank you you did great workout As long as you know your body and push accordingly with lifting weights doesn’t matter how many kg what matters as always Caroline says the good form and knowing what muscle to contract or squeeze.     This was one of the best workouts I've done. I went through every exercise without a glitch. And most of all I was very pleased with the fact that I was able to use either both of my 10 lb dumbbells and also in some exercises with just one dumbbell I was able to use the 10 lb. I am so pleased that I was able to do this for the first time since I got them. When using both of the 10 lb dumbbells I was only able to do one or two wraps and then had to switch and go to my lower weight dumbbells so that I could complete the exercise with good form. My upper thighs have definition on the side and my legs feel very hard and firm 🤣 I am very grateful to you Caroline and have no intention of stopping. God bless you and your family in these troubled times. You have really done a wonderful thing for so many people around the world.

    Whew!!! Just finished this workout and what a burn! But proud I was able to do the entire workout with my pair of 10lb dumbbells (first time to finish a complete epic workout with that weight!). So happy for each little but noticeable improvement in my strength and form. Thank you, Caroline!!! Your workouts are lifechanging ❤️

    I had to take a break since I got Covid last week from the second wave happening in India. Hated not being able to workout and tried to workout today wherever I left off. Man was it difficult. I feel 10x weaker in a matter of 5 days. I took 15 mins more to finish it but I did. Thank you, Caroline!

    Here we go EPIC squad .... 10-minute complexes mixed in with some bicep curls!! 😳
    Caroline is really preparing us for the 20-minute complex she wrote about a few weeks back. 👀💀 I’m very excited to tackle this workout tomorrow morning!
    I like to note that she used her 8kgs for the first complex. You all should know what it means when she goes light on her lower body ... the first complex will be a TORCHER.

      AHHHHH! I wish I would have read that earlier - I started with the 10kg & it was too hard so I dropped to 7.5kg for the entire workout. Had I noticed, I might have survived the second bottom round with the 10kg.

    This was a turning point workout for me! Moved up to 8kg for biceps (never would have thought this possible ever) and realised I was doing lunges with a decent weight and body holding up. Love these workout and this community ❤ Thank you so much Caroline and the Epic family who keep me going... even though I'm a year behind most of you 🥰

    We all drag our mats out, dumbbells or other bit of equipment out and fill a water and meet you for another session. Always filled with anticipation and excitement to see what you will have in store. Like a smorgasbord of old and new moves to wake up areas of our bodies. Your workouts never disappoint.     Really enjoyed this one today those 10 minutes none stop are brilliant...
    Those squats on toes I managed all without losing balance so feeling well happy...

      I do enjoy those 10 minutes one..
      Yes if us my son I told you about, every year I get with him I count my blessings..
      I had my eldest son and his girlfriend with there two children around tonight to celebrate my youngest birthday as because of lock down tomorrow they won't be able to share his birthday..
      We have had a brilliant evening as, we had fire works, it was the 1st time my Grandson seen fireworks, He is just over 2yrs old, I got quiet pretty ones and sparklers, he was so good as there is a lot of loud bangs going off around here..
      My grandaughter who is 3 months old slept all evening but was a, special time with my family..
      I hope you are staying safe and well.

    I just realized that she finally started giving the beeps during the cooldown❤
    I loved the duration of the complex, looks really intimidating, but perfect amount of time for me to get more than 1 set, usually in the 3 min ones i cant even finish doing one set.
    The structure of this workout was very nice, for the first time it felt like time just flew away.❤

    It was rough for me today; didn’t sleep well, and a little stressed. Working out is one of my outlets and stress reliever’s. I did cry through some of it, but that was me being emotional. Thank you so much for this Caroline. I must admit that I’m seeing that definition between quad and knee, never seen before, after all the ballet, modern dance, and working out.❤️

My WO partner (hubby) and youngest left for a 4 day road trip this morning (across the US) so I was crying at times as well! For different reasons I am sure but I hope things calm down for you and you feel at peace soon! 💕

    Did yesterday's workout with a pair of 6kg.. 2kg+2kg increased.. I am badly sore.. but this is actually pain of pleasure.. so excited to smash this one.. you are my teacher when comes to RDL and hip thrust.. May God keep you healthy and happy always..

    I remember Caroline mentioning a 20-min complex and I could barely get through the 10-min one more than once, but I know by the end when that 20-min complex comes up, i'll be ready. This was an amazing leg/bicep workout and I already feel ready to move up in weights from 9lb to 12lbs for arms! Crazy how much progress Ive made all thanks to this great program!

    This was my saviour. The leg part was madness but the bicep workout relieved some tension in my right bicep which has been persistent for a long time. I always had a tight and blocked feeling, I even went to see a doctor and was diagnosed with tennis elbow. After this workout I did a bicep stretch and there was a loud popping sound in my shoulder and suddenly my elbow was all fine. I am sooo damn happy. I thought my triceps was the culprit but I did never ever consider my bicep to be the reason for my problems. This time I fully concentrated on just using my biceps without engaging my lower arm too much. And it helped me so much. I am really happy 😍. Before I did never realize that it's crucial to not hold the dumbbells too tight as this can cause a lot of problems. I got to know my body so much better through all your workouts. Amazing.

    Hi Cx! This looks amazing.. Alot of slow and control.. Alot of change in the routine.. I appreciate you taking the time to be creative! I can’t wait to jump on this.       Hi Cx! That was not easy, not a single bit! The first set was the hardest. I had serious doubts that I would make it to the finish line then I took it one lunge at a time till the ten minutes had passed. I had a minute to spare so I went body weight to even out the numbers between the 2 legs, I couldn't have done it with 20 kgs around me :).. I definitely felt lighter the 2nd 10 minutes and like a feather with the bodyweights. The amount of variations we got for the Biceps curls tells me that they will swell up in the next couple of days! Seriously.. A million thank you from your trainees!

    Smashing week, Caroline! I feel the soreness of strength everywhere. Anyone else have tight hips at the beginning of this workout? Normal for the lower back/upper glutes to feel the love of the dumbbell? I love that my armpits feel stronger - I know that's silly. Let's Go! Epic Squad Feeling Grateful!     Due to missing my workout Sunday to to a migraine I done day 32 today as well as half of this program. Really like the complexes. Biceps need lighter weights sometimes. I stopped at the next complex section as got no more time today. But will link this on the end of day 34 tomorrow. The only thing I can’t do are the dead stop lunges I just go as low as I can hold then pop up when she does. Thanks Caroline came back like I said I would to finish off the workout. Loved it.     I’m waiting for 11/11 online sale in my country so I can buy the weights I need. I still haven’t tried the sessions with weights, but still following other Caroline exercises. Can’t wait!! I want Caroline’s defined arms and legs (even an eighth of it, I am not going to be delusional and ask for half as good as hers :) good luck to the rest of the epic fam!!!!

    EPIC Day 33 just completed Caroline!!! I was so sore yesterday that I delayed my Day 33 workout and did a yoga workout instead. Needed to stretch it out! This workout was fantastic and again I upped my dumbbell weight so I am making incredible strides. Thank you! Even though you can’t see me I always smile and wave at you at the end....lol! Thank you!!!

    Dear Caroline, dear all in this community. I was asked last week to help out a friend with a urgent move . On Friday I did the work out, but then we have been working around the clock every day until yesterday and I have been exhausted every day. And guess what, the fact of being in another place, and due to the circumstances I could simply not do the Sun.Mo.Tu.Wed exercises it feels like having to stop smoking. This means that my body and mind are used to a healthy routine of training and eating healthy and I can so much see and feel it in my body. However , finally I am at ease with skipping some days , but on Sunday I felt really weird not doing the HIIT. But I just had no time and finally did other exercises packing and moving boxes etc etc. 🤣 Anyhow I'll be back home on Friday and will catch up one way or the other. Happy day for all and stay safe and healthy 😘

      Hi Edith....yes life can get in the way of an intense programme like this...just a few days away makes you feel left behind! I’m sure you’ll catch up...the main thing is not to worry about what you have missed but to focus on all you have achieved! Probably after an extra couple of rest days that you’ve had you’ll find you can work even harder! Hope all is good for you! Matthew

    Every morning workout with you goes by so fast! My legs are shaking already starting with the dead stop lunge using my 10s 🤣😭. I just love working out with you and time flies so fast indeed! When I see where I am already I am 80 percent already! And u know how magical leg day is? Leg day actually kicked my ass everytime more than glute day did! 🤣 my left arm is so weak that I had to support it using my right arm it is really struggle it felt like it is locking every bicep lift 😭🤣. Thank u, Caroline! I can't feel my legs 🤣

    Yesterday was a beautiful warm day in Chicago so I took the opportunity to exercise outside so I just did this workout right now. What a great session! I love training legs with biceps but this was a format I've never done before. These workouts always keep our bodies guessing everyday that's why the results are real!     Caroline, this workout was awesome. All these workouts are awesome. Turning 40 really made me want to push myself to get more in shape, improve my health and your videos are what is helping me do that! I am so very thankful to you!!

    I did this workout yesterday & today I could barely walk!! Hahahha! Which just means this routine is truly effective & will show great results later on so long as we keep consistent!

    Caroline, that was truly EPIC!! You had me squatting on my toes and doing hamstring dead stop at four in the morning....😆. I LOVED IT...😂😂😂

      @@matthewalmond4688 I usually wake ten minutes to in order to prepare for work and I use the extra time to throw in an hours work out...

    Dead at 30:06 🥵 my legs are shaking.
    Update: DONE!!! I almost quit at 30:06. But i didn't. Cuz I know I will regret it. My body is sore. But I'm very happy and I feel stronger than before.
