    This is the magic of India , all world is doing what is best for human beings , there must be a gratitude towards Hindus (Santana Dharma) who brought this and a Tsunami of methods to benifit the human kind and spread it all over the world to the Buddhist , to Zen and now the whole Western world

      Umesh: Santhan dharma and yoga are not the monopoly of any particular group of people. As human beings, all of us inherit this treasure trove. Incidentally, except a minuscule, Indians in India don't care about yoga.

    I feel physically and mentally much better. I've been feeling a little down and unbalanced. These exercises seem to put me at peace spiritually, physically and emotionally. Thank you Michael! I love your technique

    Namaste Michael, I have been practicing your breathing methods as explained in your previous clips but this one is really amazing. Although in this particular video you are repeating some of your earlier breathing methods, I found this one much more powerful and important then earlier ones. I wish you good health and joy.     This was beautiful af son!! Very clear instruction and no fluff. I cried at one point and then a lot of painful thoughts arose. This is a good thing as I have been very emotionally numb, frustrated and angry for the past week or so.
    With the painful thoughts, I now have them in my awareness to work with (just as it probably sounds strange to want this...)

      It doesn't sound strange to me at all. I do this as well. It's very healthy to get out those emotions; to deal with them. Sometimes it feels good to cry ❤️🙏

    I love this meditation. I have been doing the course on Pranayama for over a year and feel like I get something new each time I watch every video. The techniques and practices have helped me to remain calm and centred (for the most part) through this past year. Thank you!

    Wow...super...I recommend some people get nervous and scare while doing pranayama...please do closed eyes mindfull breathing for 20 mins also daily..this technique soon accepts the pranayama and kundalini into body and mind,while doing that exercise..anyone do yoga and meditation...please stop masturbation,alcohol and tobacco completely...weed is no problem...

      Weed is a problem... It screws up your concentration in the long run... It is not hard drug, but it is still a drug. And abusing it makes you out of touch with yourself.
