    Thank you from the bottom of my grateful heart. I am going through a life changing period in my life and has finally learned to put myself first, no matter what. All my life I have been lying to myself and everyone around me, but especially myself. I have treated myself with no respect or love and pleased everybody around me. I, am starting to believe that there is a higher power that is bigger than myself, that will help me, if I am being honest and I can honestly say that it is working. Why I am writing this is because, today I really needed to cry. I have been holding back tears for 35 years, trying to keep cool and look like I have had everything under control, when the honest truth is, that I have never had anything under control and I have never been able to cope with feelings or emotions of any kind. Instead of dealing with these things in a healthy way I have been an addict. today I have been clean for more than 4 months and I honestly believe that my higher power has sent me this video, because today I put on my headphones and meditated with you guys and the tears just came. I have not been this relaxed since I can remember. Thank you for helping me on my journey. I hope you are all well and happy

    The inner light became a slowly opening tranquil, loving eye above me yet within me into which and through which I spiralled slightly up into a vortex of... I suppose something like a heaven. happened two or three times during the meditation... Inviting gratitude in was very powerful for me also. I've done this a number of times now and it just gets better... Thank you.
