    This is just what I needed!! I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 1 year ago I'm 68 so I started walking 3-5 miles 4-5 x week. I need to get into a good routine of weight training. This seems challenging and just right.Thank you so much! I want to do these at least 3x- weekly.

    If you could additionally clarify how many repetitions in each set you are doing that'll be very helpful.

    Love this video Jessica. I have osteoporosis as well as Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) . I would love to see a video on best exercises for DDD and which to avoid, especially in yoga and pilates. Thanks again!

    Yes must do the exercises daily to strengthening our muscles to reduce risk of falling or bone fractured.

    Thankyou. I have severe osteoporosis and have had two vertebrae fractures in 6 months. My rheumatologist has me do balneo therapy and said Pilates would be very good too. Glad I found you 👍

    New here I have been searching for this viedo after so many thank you . I’m 52 with osteoporosis and arthritis and now high cholesterol haven’t done any exercise s for 20 years.     Thank you for putting this routine together. I am 59 and have osteoporosis and am trying to avoid the medicines that build bone fast but the bone is porous I am fairly active, always have been but have not used weights consistently it is great to have a plan I can just do since it is not my go to. .

    Glad I found this. I feel safer knowing it relates to osteo issues. Please comment on stomach tuck into the lower back when doing these movements like squats and lunges ect.

    Hi Jessica, thank you for this great work out. Today I’ve done it twice. I like your room and the simple way you do your exercises. You look a bit like a ballerina exercising. I kind of like the slight echo and I don’t have any problem understanding you. I found out in the fall that I have osteoporosis. I’m eating very healthy, which I was doing before I knew I had osteoporosis. I am vegetarian and there is a lot of different ideas about what to eat. I hear the latest idea is to eat prunes, for vitamin K and potassium.

    I'm 58, dx with osteoporosis, no fractures yet and I am hoping to keep it that way and spine is an issue with me L1-L4 and this is more my speed. My weight is excellent, labs are great just need more muscle! Thank you so much from this beginner.

    I fell up a flight of stairs and landed on my back, fracturing my spine a couple of years ago. I had spine surgery last May and am slowly recovering. I found out then that I have osteoporosis, and i am going to give your exercises a go to increase my strength. My right thigh has a lot of nerve pain, so the more I exercise, I hope to get rid of this pain. Do you recommend any other exercise i could perform as i have lower back pain, too? It doesn't help as my abdominal muscles are so weak. I need to persevere with this and get better. Your help would be appreciated.
