Marcus, look at the view count, that's 1000+ prospect legal students you've helped shape, that's a notable impact you have made in the legal world, thank you for doing this and be proud!
Hi marcus, a great fan of your work. Could please do a video updating us on your views towards such withdrawal... It would really help even a short video. Thumbs up for the really hard work put into your vids
hey Adam; just great video/series of videos... you reference Adam ....ski as regards the 'three possible treaties' required but can't quite catch the surname!!!
Also, say a new EU Directive comes into force before Brexit and it is still not implemented into UK law once we have left. Could someone affected by the non-implementation of the directive take action against the gov.?
These videos have become increasingly more relevant since the referendum result and triggering of Article 50. Could you re-visit them to comment on the current crisis in parliament over the meaningful vote and likely outcomes? Thanks
Hello! I am struggling with some seminar questions which I hope you could help with! (1) How will the EU withdrawal bill change the rules about the authority of previous judicial decisions within English Law? (2) After brexit, the situation in Benkharbouche v Embassy of the Republic of Sudan (2017) UKSC 62 occurred again between another embassy and their employees. If the EU withdrawal bill actually becomes law, would the employees win their case? (3) A new EU directive comes in. The UK gov fails to bring this into UK law. The next day is the official brexit day. After this day, someone claims against the UK's failure to bring in the new directive. Could he still claim? I have made great efforts to form arguments of each, but would love to get your clarification. Thank you!
Hi Marcus! Thank you for the videos they have been so helpful ☺️ This video has helped me a lot with my constitutional law revision. Just a quick question, is it Adam Wyoski? Who highlighted the possible three treaties required? I didn't quite catch the name! Thank you
