This is strictly a question. In your state do you have to wear orange well hunting. New York State you do. Not slamming on you just asking to Learn is all.
Blaze orange is not required by law in Vermont. If I were hunting on public land, or if I were still ground/still hunting, I would 100% wear it. I usually wear it regardless during Rifle, but I had my truck loaded with archery gear and forgot to pack it. Good observation, it’s definitely a best practice.
Wow , top. Itch gear , electric bike and you take a 2 yr old . If you can purchase all the top brand gear and a 1500-2000 dollar electric bike . You can challenge yourself to harvest a mature adult buck or maybe ya can’t . I know I’m impressed lol
Last year, only about 12% of rifle hunters in Vermont harvested a buck during rifle season. It’s a challenging state to hunt, and the number of hunters in the area I hunt make it very difficult to harvest a mature buck. I’ve only seen 1 or 2 on camera this year. This was my 3rd deer of the season (only about .6% of active hunters can say this). I’m very happy with this buck and proud to put my tag on it.
