My wife and I are Rockhounds. That big conglomerate rock is similar to "Pudding Stone" found back in Ontario and Michigan. It could be related to it. Great Video once again. #RockOn
When the main administration building was being built at Chanute AFB Illinois, the contractor went bankrupt pouring the foundation. Concrete kept going in and disappearing. Many years later, while building a missile silo training facility. The contractor hit solid concrete over a half mile from the admin building. The whole area was swamp land, and the concrete flowed underground, only to be discovered later.
I enjoy the big bud's and how you have kept them running. Good old American ingenuity. You can paint galvanized, but you have to prep it right. Vinegar with high acid content is a good prep wash that will etch the coating enough you can apply a premium primer. Then paint with a premium paint. Keep up the videos PS Bob seems to have a Bob Newhart dry sense of humor, always liked Newhart.
I had a rock poking up like that! When I started digging I got as far as 12 ft. long and 8 ft. across then I quit digging! It was solid granite! I reburied it and put up a marker flag!
I just put snirtstop on my 14x22 overheat door, nice product, easy to install. Really appreciate the Snirtstopper guys helping me out and getting me in touch with a dealer up here in Canada!
Send 'm back to Canada using the bowling ball cannon! That'll teach those Canadians to not use glaciers to put those rocks in your fields! * might be several million years too late for that
When Nick said big shop project I was like oh the Wagner gets build but apparently not 😂 maybe the Versatile gets a new life now... realistically it's a new bigbud rebuild seeing that one is sitting in the yard
truthfully i've learned a lot about the different variety of farming equipment just by playing FS22. despite it being a video game i certainly have a better understanding of what all goes into farming.
In my part of Indiana we have stones but not to many bolders! But mowing my yard I hit a rock that it was all a 580 backhoe would roll out! Probably half the size you just took
Always having to finish your Dad’s jobs! Just kidding! Looks like some kind of sedimentary rock. Just rock on and don’t take anything for granite! And I have a 16’ x 7’ garage door that needs new seals. Thanks for keeping this ol’ boy entertained.
You brought me back to years ago ,helping my neighbor i was tasked to pick some rocks he gave me a list ,off i go ,i soon found one that exceeded our expectations in time and equipment ,i managed to float a massive Volkswagen sized sample with a backhoe similar in size to yours ,i could roll it with some difficulty, so i called for backup ,thinking one of the big iron on the farm could drag it away, well lets just say no good deed goes unpunished
I hope Mapper's Paradise has remade the Welker Farms map for Farming Simulator 25. The map and the Big Bud mods are a must have, for me. Giants Software, you have a new type of game play to add, massive boulder removal. Great video! Take care and God bless!
Ive worked in Sand & Gravel pits in Europe , we have a name for these, we call them crags ( Celtic word) . They were formed during Iceage & glaciers. We would be digging into the pit face ( 100 ft high) & next thing these things appear, sometimes they fall or roll out of the pit face & come straight for the machines , they can be as big as a Truck 🤠. We break them, with the hydraulic rock breaker, they break a lot easier than solid stone.
Well at least you didn't find a minuteman under it I believe the air force frown upon digging them up. I waiting for the Snert guys to introduce themselves like Jack Nicholson in The Shining though I guess that would make the new seals pointless if they took an axe to the middle of the door.
Another rock solid video. (sorry for a dad joke) - those where some big old rocks in the field. Bet you are glad they are gone. Hope the friends / family and you are doing well. A early Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
"canada had a very weak border, glaciers snuck across.."😂😂😂 i died
Same !!!!!
It is an illegal rock. Deport it back to Canada. 😂😂😂
You mean that rock has only been there less than 4 years? 😳
I love this guy! He is a great salesman for snirt stoppers.
Dang Ice Backs sneaking across the border, dropping their boulders everywhere!! Great video!

Giants Farming Simulator is just the perfect sponsor for this channel lol
Bob Welker-you really rock!
I enjoy seeing your dad out working and the knowledge of the farm. I enjoy seeing the dog's in the videos.
FYI -40°F is -40°C 19:33
Way good job pulling rocks Bob! Nice fix for the door Nick going to help ! That's for sure!❤
Leave it to the Canadians to sneak concrete over the border at night! Bet it was a Mike Mitchell April Fools prank!
I'd say that Bob's performance in the backhoe was rock-solid! 😁🤘
Rock stellar 😊
The Snirt guy is awesome! I’ve seen him on a few other channels. Love his energy and love of his job and products.
Rock on Bob!

Thanks Bob, the rock star! Thanks Nick too!

I reburied it and put up a marker flag!
Dad’s got a dad jokes game like I’ve never head before. Lol On Point!
-40°F is the same as -40°C. That's where the scales cross.
One job I hated>>>picking rock. Bob, good job and Rock On!👍💯😎✝
Bobs big boulder remover
I have not heard that phrase in so many years... wind blew so hard that it stretched the state lines.
Bob, great rock humor!!
Digging them rocks and Jeff huuuuu ? Big smile.......Thanks guy's an GOD BLESS....
Old F-4 pilot Shoe🇺🇸
You found jimmy hoffa😂
My back hurts thinking of picking up rocks. :) Good job.
Bob, I believe that was part of a missile silo that you dug up! 😁
gypsum .. drywall is made from it.
starch and sugar is in the formula for drywall as well.
Now Bob... I just want you to know.... Im Yellow with Envy about your rock picking machines. Lol
Crush it up and pan it, might be full of gold Bob. LOL.
When i was a little baby, my mama rocked me all day, and she used rocks about that size.
Man this video rocks.
Happy Thanksgiving America... God Bless.
I just put snirtstop on my 14x22 overheat door, nice product, easy to install. Really appreciate the Snirtstopper guys helping me out and getting me in touch with a dealer up here in Canada!
They are great guys, lots of fun and have a great product!
"BIG SKY" MT. = "BIG ROCKS" along with lots of little ones.....lol
Got to love that "snirt" as Tony fast guy called it when they done his doors !!
Very large winter potatoes we some in Wisconsin to limestone granite all kinds
Bob pulling rocks looks like my dentist when he's pulling teeth
Neutralize the galvanized steel with some white vinegar. Let it dry. Use a dtm primer then topcoat!
Send 'm back to Canada using the bowling ball cannon! That'll teach those Canadians to not use glaciers to put those rocks in your fields!
* might be several million years too late for that
Jeff and crew sure get around.
Those rocky mountain seeds come in all shapes and sizes.
So...its a Candian problem with those rocks.Saw Jeff also at Larsons?
Yep. He's done a couple of doors for the Larsons.
@@WarriorKnitter And Millenial Farmer, and Brian from Brian's Farming videos
This video rocks
That huge boulder looks like an erratic dropped by a glacier. It looks like an alluvial rock.
Snirt stopper !! 🎉❤😊
Your Dad is awesome!
I knew Welker's would pitch in to help the Snirt Stopper installation. They are good people.
When Nick said big shop project I was like oh the Wagner gets build but apparently not 😂 maybe the Versatile gets a new life now... realistically it's a new bigbud rebuild seeing that one is sitting in the yard

My cousins have 2 of them. Their 3 win numbers apart appear in Maine. Once apart machine and one they still use, I moved a lot of dirt with it.
Granite for countertops 😂😂😂u wish. Can’t take that for granite !! Thanks Mr Bob👍👍.
Granite rock is 166 LBS per Cubic foot, should give you a baseline for your rock! Maybe limestone.
Hand picking rocks from the fields. That is amazing!
Good ole glacial erratics. More than likely it’s a sedimentary called a conglomerate.
You needed Bob's Big Bud Bin Boom if is stout enough.
Nick could put those boulders to good use in his yard given that he had a split level.
Maybe Diesel creek or one of his friends can find you a good used loader at an auction.
In my part of Indiana we have stones but not to many bolders! But mowing my yard I hit a rock that it was all a 580 backhoe would roll out! Probably half the size you just took
Greetings from Choteau. It was 1 degree this morning.
Jimmy Hoffa is probably in that 6’ concert rock.
Always having to finish your Dad’s jobs! Just kidding! Looks like some kind of sedimentary rock. Just rock on and don’t take anything for granite! And I have a 16’ x 7’ garage door that needs new seals. Thanks for keeping this ol’ boy entertained.
Mr Snirtstopper is very enthusiastic!
You might want to dig a hole and bury #3 And maybe #4 is a secret missile silo
The name for those glacial boulders was always a favorite of mine growing up. They call them Erratic Boulders cause they just show up wherever.
Bob should have left the backhoe there at the big rock to help push it I the bucket of the loader.
God blesyou😊😊😊😊😊😊
Aussies, that's not a rock, this is a rock!
Big Rock.
nooooo not the wagner getting put off again 😂
maybe some STATE dept that knows about WELL CAPS....and such ???

Montana, Montana, Montana. 😂
I’ve heard that your farm is coming over to FS25 can’t wait to get at it” will add a dog and call it Cobie for realism 🤣
The door seal/ insulation guys sure get around. Minnesota, Ohio and now Montana. I wonder when they will get to Iowa.
Saw them at tony fast awhile ago
you guys need to make a stencil of the canandian flag, then spray paint that flat rock. then trump can have the military return it.
You could drill and dynamite
Very good Video 👍

You do know that rocks multiply. In fact, if you disturb them they become more active in their reproduction cycle. Just thought you should know.
I guess the garages attached to your guy's houses will be next???
Try digging a hole in New Hampshire .... 'The Granite State'.
Are you guys building an under ground movie theater any time soon? I heard all the mega farms are doing it.
I thought the rocks were the earliest thing for stopping moles 😊
Paul Bunyans petrified potatoes. He planted those when he drained the Montana Ocean.
Well at least you didn't find a minuteman under it I believe the air force frown upon digging them up.
I waiting for the Snert guys to introduce themselves like Jack Nicholson in The Shining though I guess that would make the new seals pointless if they took an axe to the middle of the door.
You all need moisture, I hope you get some rain and snow. I don’t know how anything grows in that arid climate.
"Its not just a boulder😢... (sniff) its a rOck."
Please say you know where thats from
You are a hoot ole man.
The only nice thing about C vs F is -40 is -40.
Good one surly ogre!!!!
Could that rock be ancient corral?
That rock looks like a big piece of old sea bottom limestone.
Need to wipe galvanized down with lemon juice or vinegar before you paint it
Another rock solid video. (sorry for a dad joke) - those where some big old rocks in the field. Bet you are glad they are gone. Hope the friends / family and you are doing well. A early Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
Farming Montana looks as hard as it gets
We find three like this size a year and we only have 120 acres but find the three on only 60 of them
Nice big rock. Bob maybe your grandpa put the rock there to find years later
Everything is bigger in Montana. 😊
