Taking prescription for nerve...blocking neurotransmitrers of nerve pain. Suggested to have spina inhection to reach main nerve branch. The first pose, with legs open and leaning forward is totally impossible for me. I cannot lean forward at all, rather I am stuck leaning back. Is there any more basic introductory exercises you could suggest. Very discouraging right from the first minute, there is no way I can open my hips or lower back in this way.
@@manumitevova honestly, I struggle to even sit with straight legs and my back straight due to stiffness and tension. Leaning forward is simply not possible for me now. It has been really difficult to find any hip/lower back flexibility exercises or yoga that I can adapt for what I need.
Feel free to get as many pillows as needed my love ❤️ YOu're not doing anything wrong! Your body just needs more time and support to soften. And it will!
Get 2 pillows love 🙌 There's always something that can be done, and you can absolutely practice too! ❤️ You're not too stiff to start 🤗 You just need the right support system, and maybe that's a tower of pillows in this case 😊
I also felt really tight, I moved to the floor because my bed has a memory foam topper on it. I felt like I was sinking into it too much so I brought my blankets and pillows onto the floor with my squishy yoga mat.
@@ColleenRose barely is still something ❤ Your body is really benefiting from the intention, so it doesn't really matter where you are. This is the problem with modern yoga. We actually don't need massive stretches. You are doing AMAZING love! 🤗
I'm so sorry to hear that my dear ❤ The props are meant to help as much as possible, although I understand that it can be hard to get into some of the poses without previous practice. My suggestion would be to add in more pillows and see how that feels 🤗

The full expression of it is hard of course, which is why I offer easier modifications and you can stack up your pillows as high as needed. I promise you can do it! 🤗Your legs can open to the smallest V, and you can place as much support below your chest as you feel comfy with 🙏

No need to open the legs so wide 🥰 Just do a tiny tiny V and see how that feels 🤗 Also, the more cushions below your torso, the better ❤

I could not do this at all. I don't think was meant for people with v tight hips. I couldn't even reach the pillow :(
