Can be the case for sure ❤ Doesn't mean that you are in any way more 'broken'. You're not. You can have them all and still work on overcoming them effectively 🥰

That's completely normal ❤ we often have multiple survival strategies going on at once.
Does being all four mean you have too much stress? 😅
Not at all- it just means that's how your biology works ❤ Some people are heavily reliant on one, some on a combination of the four. It's normal. And it actually might even be better to pull from different strategies ❤

Not every practice moves everyone in the same way at the same time ❤ It is ok, it is natural. I would invite you to try out the class I have for freeze state and see how that feels in your body. Oftentimes when we don't feel any sort of shift happening, it's because the body is simply not feeling safe enough to experience the practice. So we have to start somewhere else 🙏

Thankfully, in the yoga class I go to, the instructor asks before adjusting anyone. She also asks at the beginning of the class, when everyone is lying down, who does not want to be adjusted at all to discreetly raise their hands. ❤
