You are gonna be a big YT channel. Such good high quality content. I love it. You are very calming and relaxing. I'm 29 and in a big burnout. There have been soooo many things happenend to me the last 6 years. And I never processed any emotion. And then with a very unsafe growing up with a hysterical mom and dad who never said something, I really have big problems processing my feelings. It's so unfamiliar for me. I don't know myself. I have heart palpitations regularly, but after that there is always an old emotion that has to get out. It's a way of processing I guess. But scary. Most days I'm just in bed. I try to go out, but driving my car is almost too much. Some days I feel 'good'. And some days I feel terrible. It's 7 steps forward and then 5 steps backwards... Anyway, your videos are nice to watch and it feels good to know that the symptoms I have are 'normal' for the situation
Ah, my dear ❤ I am so sorry to hear you're navigating this. It breaks my heart that you're struggling, and I hope at least in some way, you find solace in these classes. Dealing with such old emotions is never easy. But if it is any consolation at all- you're doing your best, and that is enough. Not every day is a good day, and actually, you being here and practicing to feel better is already such a huge step forward. I experiment with two or three of your practices each time and I must say I always see instant results in my overall sense of well being afterwards, chronic pain is no fun, thank you for what you do, it is precious!

@manumitevova thank you for the invitation, I'm a psychologist myself so I know how a holistic approach matters, how trauma is being encoded and stored, a multidisciplinary suggestion is always better, I like movement and exercise is in my daily schedule so that is why I see instant improvement, some days are for more restorative practices. Fibromyalgia is a demanding situation.

@@manumitevova some of us embody the archetype of the "wounded healer", these things become less and less of a taboo, thankfully, I know how some only stick to certain principles but this is restrictive, there are also those that think that all inner work can be done through the body, that is also wrong, our mental patterns are complicated and mind and body do interact all the time whether one is conscious about it or not. Hopefully, people will open up to multiple ways and use that to their benefit, it's a long road, still I have been personally interested in many modalities and I know I'm not the only one. Knowledge is something endless.

thank you so much! I often get a headache, probably from tense shoulders. This helped a lot… I noticed during the side stretch that my neck does this cracks and was wondering if its a good thing or if I should avoid going that far?
Painless cracks are very very normal. I pop and crack all the time. It's the cranky body waking up! As long as you don't feel any pain or it's not overly uncomfortable, you're good my dear ❤️

Thank you so much for this. I have horribly tight hips, especially my left hip. Near the end, something in my left hip popped and I literally felt tension and energy release from my body. I felt such relief I haven't felt in so long.

Wonderfully calming & centring practice - thank you so much for these videos Manuela 🙏 With the sun-salutations, is there any modifications that can be done for beginners? And would it be suitable to substitute downward-dog for child's pose if that feels more natural/comfortable?
Always feel free to go for a child's instead of a down dog, and you can also skip the sun salutations 🥰 When I am tired, I do them by coming to the plank on my knees, and then straight to child's pose ❤

Saving. I sobbed with grief when I couldn’t feel energy in my pelvis or hips because I’ve dissociated/numbed that part of my body for so long. Thank you for the work you do! I’ll be sharing this with my pelvic floor physical therapist in case she has other clients who’d benefit.
