    I’ve been on a really strong sleep aid for almost 6 years and been reliant on sleep aid since I was a teen . I’m 32 now . I really wanna make my own sleep tincture to try and get off them. Thank u

    So I've been putting it out in the universe about help with my sleep, so thank you for listening Rachelle🤩. It's hilarious cause I'm a sleep rech. I don't have proper sleep hygiene but I preach that to my patients all the time! You're super on point when you say proper sleep hygiene starts when you wake up! Spot on about blue light, photo receptors, environment...etc...point is people listen to Rachelle! I work 6P to 6A, it's rough! I can't wait to try these out❣️

    Inositol around 1000mg helps me sleep deeper and fall back into sleep if I´m woken up or have to go to the bathroom, also it helps me sleep longer if I want to.

    I was surprised to not see reishi mushroom at the top of the list. Forget the rest. Maybe mushrooms aren't considered a herb? I forage for and use reishi so , yeah , I am biased on that point , but reishi really works for improved sleep. I would like someone who has real insomnia to try my dual extracts and /or tea and see if it works for them.

    I love all the info you give but most if my life I’ve found I’m happiest when it’s cloudy, rainy and foggy. Sunny days tend to annoy me. Maybe it’s because my formative years were in England back when England was foggier and rainy. I’m unusual I guess.

      Same here. I am so much happier and more productive in cooler, foggy, overcast days. I love autumn, winter and early spring. Still trying to figure it out why as I grew up in South America. My hometown is not only hot yeas around but very dry.

    I found out the hard way because I had a seizure last week. I am positive it was due to lack of sleep for the last 2 years. I am beginning to recover.

    Must add in I may, meditation is the ultimate pause button for the mind. If U can just step outta the mind for 5mins aday. Cause we are not the mind. The mind is in constant chaos for most of the day...therefore our intuitiveness comes from outside the head, outside the mind. The mind is just kinda projector which projects into our daily lives, onto the screen of life...U can never be the mind, as it is justa a tool to help us steer and wade through the waters of life. Beautiful sleep, and beautiful life is a matter of letting go of what we haven't got...This idea can become hypnotic. Peaceful Sleep. To U all. Hahaa...

    There's nothin like 10 or so deep breathes... Letting your body breath for U...for 2 to 3 minutes. Just shove your thoughts till the next morning. If U can sleep, U can be successful meditator and likewise if U can meditate right U will have no problem sleepin... Hahaa.

    I need help with sleeping and what to take while breastfeeding. I’ve only tried lavender, chamomile and magnesium glycinate but it never helps me. Breastfeeding is tiring enough. I was told that I can’t take Ashwagandha while breastfeeding. Idk what to do. Doctor allowed acetaminophen pm and I don’t like how I feel waking up from that.

    I’m hesitant to take magnesium because I’ve heard it makes your dreams vivid. Part of the reason I struggle with sleep is vivid dreams and nightmares to feel like they last all night long.

    good video...people nowadays especially teens are more suffering from this disease due to various reasons . A proper healthy diet and lifestyle is very necessary along with this I recommend Brahmi capsules of planet ayurveda is very effective
