    The herbal coffee sounds divine! I think I'm going to try that out!

    Great tips and I love the bit about opening all the curtains - sounds SO MUCH like my mother! ❤ I sleep with no curtains and have only sheer tabs in my LR. Good to know which brands of supps you use. Definitely going to try the coffee-not-coffee (perhaps, make my own from ground adaptogens, herbs, and so forth)!

    That sounds so perfect 😍 I currently take a train at 5.47 am to go to work and I dream of the day when I'll be able to do a workout in the morning! I love it 🌝
    Hopefully this is not tmi but I always feel like I should wait until I have a bowel movement in the morning before taking my supplements so they get absorbed better. Does this make sense or does it not matter?

    • @RachelleRobinettSupernatural
      @RachelleRobinettSupernatural 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good thought but, it doesn't matter! Our digestive system is 30 feet long. Anything we're passing in a bowel movement left our stomach hours and hours (and for some people longer than that) ago. Hoping your early morning train rides can be a time of nice transition for you and maybe (?!) evenings are times for you to have a little self care? Even one a week. I didn't always have this schedule ... :P

    How do you get registered? I only found schools with certificates but nothing that says registered

      Through American Herbalist Guild. You can either take classes through them or elsewhere but they have a list of requirements to become an RH through them
