I absolutely love this series with Rachelle! I love her approach to herbs and how easy she makes it to incorporate them into an everyday routine. I especially love how she explains the science behind her methods.
Hi Jane! It really depends on what you like, and also your lifestyle and daily nutritional needs. BUT, I tend to go with 1 - 2 cups of fruit, 1 - 2 cups of greens, and 1 - 3 teaspoons of each of the seeds, fibers, powders. Hope that helps!
@@RachelleRobinettSupernatural Thank you so much! I really enjoy watching your videos, they are so informative and I feel that I've really learned a lot from doing so.

@@janemays7915 You're so welcome! And I'm GLAD to hear that :D
@@RachelleRobinettSupernatural I think I must be doing something wrong, mine just comes out as a thick, terracotta sludge...!
@@janemays7915 how’s it taste? If great, just add more water! If it’s not sweet enough for you, add more fruit.
Looking at the ingredients, this does seem to be gut friendly enough for people on a SIBO diet, and might also promote healing.
