- Sometime back, we drove a Stage 3 tuned VW Polo GT TSI 1.0 with an RTMG Turbo upgrade! Yes, it was plenty fast but there was something missing in the driving experience, that special something we can't really put a finger on. But, in our Delhi trip, we were able to drive a 6-Speed MT Polo TSI tuned to Stage 3 with 1.5 TSI EVO turbo and this was the complete opposite! With loads of power on tap, a manual box in your left hand a clutch pedal for your left leg, this filled the void that the AT version couldn't! Exactly how? Watch the video to find out!

Intercooler is a device which is used for cooling the compressed gas from the turbo and all turbo cars have this. A better intercooler is required for bigger turbo charger.
This guy just compared it with the radiator which cools the engine.

Yes , an intercooler is basically a small radiator .a seperate one. The compressed air is going to be hot , which will reduce the volume of air entering the engine ( basically turbos are made to do the opposite ) .so an intercooler.

This build is just like the one i want to do on my first car the hyundai xcent, it's got a 1.2L inline 4 kappa VTVT and i'm thinking of getting a turbo from the 1.5 turbo found in the creta and verna. Make it a sleeper. Lmao

DQ250 can't be fitted with 1.0 TSI. Worldwide, it's either DQ200 or Manual Transmission.

@@abhinavsingh6.9 with enhanced intercooler and big turbo this engine is pretty much reliable than other tuned 1L tsi with stock turbo. Only thing it demands is servicing every 3-5k kms and not revving unnecessary
Abarth Punto is comparable to the GTI lol, not a stock basic polo
Abarth Punto has 1.4L turbo 4cyl petrol engine which is anyway better than 1L tsi (you’re correct till here) but if you compare it with old GTI 1.8L tsi it’s slower and new GTI comes with 2L tsi (we shouldn’t compare
I think the car scene is changing wrt to the polo. People commenting polo is a chapri car and its way too overrated. Maybe many people are getting a standard stage 2 tune with pops and also a valvetronic exhaust. This build is unique and its a one off in india I hope.
