I don't know if I have the original oil sump, but 30 NM broken the threads of the plug and now i have to replace it :///// Mechanic told me that 30 NM is far too much, he uses like 20 NM max.

Because you have bad quality torque wrench, you overtighten much over 30 Nm....btw.AUDI TFSI 4 cyl. engines all have 30Nm spark plugs, I tighten all and never broke any thread, but I have professional grade torque wrench with max 2% .

Replacing the drain plug gasket is an important part of vehicle maintenance that should not be forgotten at every MOT. It is installed on the drain plug of the engine pan, thereby reducing the risk of oil leakage. If the old one is in good condition and there is no new one, then you can try to ignite it and then install, but in the future you should not forget to check the condition of the drain plug and its leakage.
