Hmmm interesting. Obviously, I'm not too into apples because of the GI index but it's interesting that they could whiten your teeth. Though obviously, too much acid is bad for tooth enamel isn't it? Pretty sure I won't have that problem with carrots though

Use a banana peel as well and rub against teeth, the brush with water. Use soft tooth brush
