Love Dr.Hugh Ross, a humble, gentle and devoted man of God, he's dedicated his entire life to serving God, his ministry has been a blessing to me.
I had a great aunt whos husband had died during the winter time .she was a godly woman and prayed and ask god for a sign if he had went to heaven . A rose , a single rose grew out of a rose bush by her front door in winter ..she took that as a sign .and as he was a older man and he wasnt as godly until he said that god slapped him outboff bed one night and he straightens up his life .he quit drinking and cussing and running the roads and went to church rest of his life
Chuck Missler was very clear on this interdimensional activity. Call on the name of Jesus and plead his blood if under attack. They cannot hurt you if U R a believer in Jesus but you can tell THEM to leave in Jesus name! Amen

Don't put Chuck and this man in the same category. Chuck was leaps and bounds smarter than Mr Ross.
Chuck taught that you can trust the Bible word for word. This guy does nothing but cast doubt on the Bible. That's easy with secular science on your side.
Do what Chuck did prove the Bible in spite of all the so-called science.
Science changes about every decade and look at how much it's changed in 500 years. God's word doesn't change, and it proves science wrong almost every day.

I've always known Hugh Ross as the "Mr. and Mrs. Flat" guy. Never realized he'd delved into this topic. I can personally affirm his claim at @38:20. In my early 20's, I was rudderless and searching. I was deeply intrenched in "occult" and "mystical" philosophies....never in any organized way, but my heart was absolutely open to it. I began suffering from horrible "night terrors". Through those experiences, I became convinced of the reality of devils, and consequently, was affirmed in my notions of their antagonists. When I turned to Christ as my "true North", it all ceased, like a light switch was turned off. Did I immediately become perfect? No. Did I become omniscient? No. The one variable in my life that immediately led to the cessation of these oppressive experiences was that I asked Jesus for help. Boom! It was all over and I've not had an episode in over 15 years.

I'll never forget a neighbor, who was into witchcraft, coming to our house complaining she had been seeing inanimate objects move on their own. She was scared and came over to talk to my mom. I was sitting at the table. As I was sitting there, I saw her coffee cup slowly move in front of her and her expression looked like one of resigned terror. She didn't say anything because she assumed no one else saw it. When I mentioned I just saw the cup slide (this was not your normal move due to fluid) across the table, she exclaimed, "you saw it, too?!" She was so relieved, but not me.
This is fascinating to me. I suffer from night terrors, sleep paralysis and other parasomnia. I’m wondering if my explorations into witchcraft etc have caused these. That perhaps fully committing my life to Christ might be the cure. But even if not, my feeling of closeness to Christ and God and having a tiny understanding of the Holy Spirit has grown 100% listening to Dr Ross and for that alone I’m reconsidering my world views and religion.
I grew up and live in Roswell, New Mexico. The cultic behavior we see as tourists stream through Roswell is clear. We also see more occult behavior. (Thank God I found a bible teaching church.) Several years ago Creation Ministries produced a movie called Alien Intrusion that supports everything Dr. Ross has discussed in this video. They interview 3 people who had on going abductions for years. Once they called on Jesus to rescue them the abductions stopped. Thank you Dr. Ross!

I think Hugh needs to be on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast
I'd guess that Rogan has never heard of Hugh Ross, but I very much agree. If anyone out there has connections. please make it happen. Trouble is, Rogan may have an issue, as he sees something akin to little green men on his DMT or ayahuasca trips apparently. By many readings of the Bible, this would be a forbidden practice, but by Hugh's own stories, he has experience talking to all sorts of people too.
He does, and Joe Rogan may have heard of him as I have spoken of Dr Ross more than once in the comment section. I say, "may have" because he did say that the battles are in the comment section. But after I made reference to that in the comment section, soon after, he said on air that he doesn't read everything by any stretch. So it's hit and miss at best. He did get Stephen C Meyers, didn't he? Anyway, how about more requests for Dr Ross at Joe Rogan's sites, anyone?

I have been at odds with my Christian up-bringing for a few years now and have come across various teachings(Joe Rogan, Randall Carlson, Robert Schoch etc) that have made me second guess what I have learned. You don't really need to sift anything. Read Genesis 6. The 'sons of God' (fallen angels in that passage) are not from Earth, therefore they are indeed 'alien'. They were the main contributing factor to the Biblical flood and I believe their re-emergence into the public eye will lead to the destruction by fire. The hybrid bloodline was eradicated through the flood and will be eradicated by fire next time, which the fire will clean up all of these manmade things in the process. God is very efficient in His doing ;)

My suggestion to you is to find the books and seminars by Dr. Michael Heiser, who wants a proficient linguist in the ancient languages. He will help you get your mind wrapped around the spiritual realm. To God glory Dr. Heiser recently passed away. But his books are on Amazon and other venues and his videos and podcasts are on TH-cam. Short of that ask God to open up your eyes to what’s in the text. Bless you

I read a report of a woman telling her mother that she was being abducted. Mom was a believer and decided, as a woman of STRONG FAITH, she would handle it herself, her and JESUS.
She parked in front of her daughter's house and waited.
Before long there was a glow in the back yard. Leaving her car, she went around to the back and saw a glowing "object" and "aliens" coming toward the house.

Dr Ross definitely studies the scriptures, he had an answer for every question. I really enjoyed listening to him, he had all the evidence to back his answers. He's very calm and relaxed and you can tell he is filled with the holy spirit. I believe the same on everything he covered, he has what I like to call a greater understanding. While I respect Dr Ross and believe much of what he says, I don’t believe his stance on creation or the flood. God makes it very clear that it was the whole earth flooded and all the chapters Dr Ross referred to DO NOT give credibility to his view of just a particular flood. And think, why would God have Noah take all the animals of every kind if he was just going to flood part of the earth? This will make me question and research most everything he says. That said, I believe he’s spot on, on the important aspects of our faith.

I remember a WB cartoon (from the late 50's I believe) where there was an expecting Father in waiting room, unshaven, pacing, looks worried. He obviously fell asleep, and had a dream, that somehow his son was a Martian named Yob. He designed a spaceship (as an infant) and there was a College Professor joking about people who believe in "Little green men from Mars" and the infant flies up to him, loved that cartoon.

While attending Dr. Hugh Ross' Paradox Sunday Class at Sierra Madre Congregational Church (currently, Christ Church), I purchased LIGHTS IN THE SKY and LITTLE GREEN MEN, an intriguing and enlightening book on UFOs.
I am an agnostic and not too smart, I do admire this man's brilliance and ability to communicate.

I grew up a Christian, and his teachings have made me become more involved in church life, if you have questions, his organization - Reasons to Believe - has answers, for any and all questions . there are other videos out there from reasons to believe on youtube and else where. Im not good at reaching out to others about Christianity, but I know that God and Jesus are there for you and want to be with you. and Love is at the heart of it all. A lot of people misuse the bible for their own goals, and unfortunately, and that can turn others away from Christianity.

In the 1980's , my mother, my daughter and myself witnessed a UFO. My mother had been witnessing this craft for a few days . We went outside, in the daylight and saw this craft stationed over Redding California that week. Suddenly, it took off in a dazzling show of speed. It raced up and down for miles and miles without sound in a flash, then again stationed it's self silently over Redding once again. No sound what so ever. No sonic boom, no engines. It just stayed silently in the air over the town for days. We watched it for a long time. It was unbelievable, still is. The laws of physics did not seem to apply here. Whatever could this have been ? Little green men ? Underground people ? Sea people ?The government ? Angles ? Demons ? Who, or what could travel in the blink of an eye and hover for days in the same spot, without even making a sound ?
I am a born again Christian and love Jesus. There was no occult influence here at all, nothing. We just saw and experienced something so strange that we have never been able to make any sense of this sighting or, to forget it.

How sure are you that there was no occult influence? Various beliefs under the name of Christianity that are pagan, like prosperity gospel etc. More importantly, though, the occult influence thing is also the general rule that's observed, not an absolute. Good listen. Michael Heiser has another (better) explanation for the “sons of God” in Genesis chapter 6. Heiser’s book “The Unseen Realm” is a must read. Heiser will be, and already is, greatly missed; but his scholarship and life left some much needed and long overdue tools to help the layperson understand the Bible.

I’ve heard several theories about where the demons actually come from. Many believe that they (demons) are the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim/Raphaim.
No. They are the disobedient fallen angels now confined to the earth's realm until their judgment.
Before the flood they forsook their positions and used their powers to materialize human bodies to live in so they could have sex with earthly woman.
At the time of the Noachian Flood they were forced to return to the spirit realm from whence they came. After that their ability to materlize was removed from them.
Their hybrid offspring all Pershing in the flood. They were called Nelphilm.

My brother and i saw a ship when we were young. We were not in the occult and our parents were Christian pastors also not in the occult. We had no close relationships with relatives as we moved and no relative is in the occult

1:07:35 Dr. Ross is behind the times. There IS evidence for a global flood. The destruction and pressing of millions of tons of plant life which resulted in global shale and coal fields can easily be attributed to a global flood. Also, silt deposits and sea fossils are found on every mountain side. Dinosaur bones seem to have been caught up in a whirlpool deluge and deposited in large global basins/plains that exist to this day.
Dr. Ross maybe an astronomer; but, he is clearly NOT a geologist.

A lief falls from a tree. And, IF it were possible to know all the forces being exerted on that lief as it fell. Ie, the weight of the lief, its arodynamic properties, the distance it has to fall, the gravitational pull in that area, any air currents that will occur on the leif, is it sun lit-evening-or night, what's the barametric pressure, humidity, and every other thing I'm not aware of that will bear on the lief.
Then mathematicly formulate this all out. You could predict how fast the lief will fall, the path it will take, and exactly where it will land.
That should be impossible. But, there are un-breakable laws that govern the cosmos. There is ORDER. Where does that come from? Did something so powerfull, constant, & certain, just up & invent itself? And, how does something like that invent itself? It shouldn't be there. But, it IS there.
This is how I question athiests, if they "really" want to talk about no proff of God.
Also, about that lief. It absolutely has to fall the way the mathimatical formula says it will, TO THE LETTER! It has to obey the laws that govern it's fall. It CANNOT get out of it. Is that destiny?✨😉

When you were speaking of going into a trance-like state and going into writing down things, there is a book about my great grandfather called “X + Y = Z or the Sleeping Preacher”. His name was Constantine Sanders and lived in north Alabama during the 19th century. He would down premonitions and visions from a “trance state” that would be signed by his “companion” X+Y=Z. People thought it was from God but he himself said it was not. In the last letter, it said something like “we are leaving”. And he lived out the remainder of his life free from all this.

the 60 minutes episode on UFOs/UAPs changed my mind on the aliens/UFO issue, after realizing these things are real (in a sense), the only explanations for it are provided in Hugh Ross' book "little green men". I have read a lot of Reasons to Believe material. they correctly blend science and Christianity. It has offered much understanding and grown my faith greatly.

Thank you Dr Ross for a very enlightening talk & for your Christian witness My mother came back to see me a few years after her death in 1998. At first she stood in front of me looking as she always did but with a lustre in her hair- not a halo as such. Then she sat next to me & I started to cry filled with love for God & her. However when I tried to look in her face again I could not- it was like a forcefield stopping me from turning to face her. I saw her hand as she stroked my arm. I felt her touch which really amazed me. All I could do was cry & repeat Mam mam…. I did not here her voice but I heard every word she ‘said’ internally. She reminded me when I was 8 years old & was told my grandad had died She sat me on her knee & comforted me telling me that grandad was still part of the family. He was alive but with Jesus (we are Roman Catholics - this is the communion of saints) She said wait & see something good will come to the family - through grandad & God’s goodness - soon after another granddaughter was granted a college scholarship. Praise God. I then tried to touch her face but she interlocked her fingers with mine & I began to sob even more. At that time I had an undiagnosed illness but she knew & I felt her motherly care so strongly. At that moment she left & my husband came in early from work. He heard me crying then I told him He believed me immediately. Later in our prayer room I praised & thanked the Lord but asked why he allowed my mother to give this message as I had always believed this from childhood. He said that he wanted me to share this & touch the heart of others. I only do this when the spirit urges - like now!! Thankyou again God bless you & yours & your ministry 🙏🏼
Two things give me cause to doubt it was your mother. Three years had passed Jesus clearly states in the Lazarus parable that the dead can’t return! Secondly you were resisted from looking full into her face preventing you from clearly identifying her. Comfort comes from Christ only and the earthly church.

Your wrong about the sight of heat friction. I saw with my own eyes in an alley in Bessemer Alabama what I thought was a shooting star . But after it wizzed by, I kept staring into where it had flown by and to my amazement it took around 2 or 3 seconds , so , it went by , and I was in awe as usual , (I especially like shooting stars ,) after it shot by and I stared up, 3. 2. Poof and there just about 15 or 20 inches above my head was a smoke trail that poofed a good second or 2 after exactly in the path it had flown by, now awe was turned to super disbelief , but it was a physical trail of smoke and here's the kicker I could and did take my finger and moved the smoke that was above me proving to myself that it was no shooting star . And this happened in an alley that according to what the evidence was showing me it should have hit the building a hundred yards away and when I went to see what damage it might have done, as it , the smoke trail, showed that it should have to hit , but no evidence . I know I'm what happened ,what I saw and it truly happened .
When my brother passed away a few years back, I took a long nap after the funeral. I was in my sister's inlaw suite and my wife was sitting on the bed next to me. I was dreaming that my brother was trying to wake me by pushing down on my back like he did when we were kids. I was sleeping belly down and I woke up while dreaming to my body being pushed aggressively down into the mattress. My wife witnessed the entire thing. I had a calming feeling come over me when I snapped out of it. I always thought maybe it was his way of saying he's okay and with the Lord.

1)The fact that the worldwide geologic record lacks an immense stratum of gravel or conglomerate across continents demonstrates that there has never been a worldwide megaflood!
2) No dinosaur fossils are known from megaflood deposits, NONE!
3) Psalm 104:9 is very clear. The Earth will never be covered in water again.
4) 2 Peter 3:5 States clearly that the world of the ungodly was destroyed, not the globe.
5) 7000+ miles of horizontal plate tectonic movement in a few months (your "subsequent geological rearrangement") would have vaporized all of the water and wiped out the Earth's atmosphere destroying all life!

Guardian angels are demons and you should test them by asking if they come on behalf of the one true God. More than likely they will wince and disappear. Angels in the Bible deliver messages to Gods people and disappear, they don’t hang around or try to befriend you. They work for God, not for you.
I wonder if it would be even possibly conceivable that a demon could pretend to be a guardian angel that visits us, knowing that we as humans would stake our salvation on that supposed experience. When I was 10, I was asleep and a bright flickering light from the window woke me up. I thought to myself, " That is the brightest fire fly flicker that I have ever seen." I got up to go to the window to see what the flickering bright light was. A sound so scary issued from outside the window (it was summer and there was only a screen). We lived in a rural area and we had no close neighbors. I was so scared from the sound I heard that I jumped back into bed and pulled the covers over my head. I was trembling and scared. Then I felt the bedspread being pulled down. The next thing I remember it was morning. I believe I was abducted. How could I have fallen asleep within seconds when I was so scared.?

I got such a kick about how many times he said the title of his book. And he used the full title each time. “Lights in the sky and little green men”. =). Love this guy!

3) The fact that the worldwide geologic record lacks an immense stratum of gravel or conglomerate across continents demonstrates that there has never been a worldwide megaflood!
5) No dinosaur fossils are known from megaflood deposits, NONE!

This resonates with my own personal intuition about the UFO phenomenum!
I've been a Christian as far back as I can remember, I was raised going to church twice a week or more and I was baptized at age 10. I believe every word of the Bible is true and was inspired by God. I don't know whether or not these UFO's are intelligent beings from another planet or trans dimensional spiritual beings. I've seen things in the sky I can't explain more than once but I'll tell you about the closest encounter I have had in my life. On the night before Memorial Day, May 30th 2011 around 1:45 A.M. I was at Beaver Lake in Arkansas watching a meteor shower with my friend Billy. My friend Ronnie who led the canoe trip had unfortunately fallen asleep. Billy and I saw a bright orange sphere about 50ft in diameter entirely covered in fire coming from the west at an extremely fast speed. It was flying at a very low altitude not more than 150 feet above the lake. It looked like molten lava that was seperating into two spheres like wax in a lava lamp. There was no jet or engine noise at all, but you could hear the swoosh of the air moving. It continued flying at the same altitude until it was out of sight. It took about 7 or 8 seconds for it to appear over the west horizon and disappear over the east horizon. I feel extremely blessed to have seen a chariot of fire, and I didn't feel as if I was in the presence of evil. I don't have to understand everything yet, because I know that when I get to Heaven all will be revealed. God bless you and thank you for this teaching.

You described a meteor PERFECTLY, and if it's trajectory was long enough, and it was high enough, it would absolutely appear to stay at the same altitude in the short amount of distance that a stationary view point would give you... 1enoch was writren in the 2nd century BCE. It was highly respected by the Jewish community and was found in the library at Kumran. Jesus's own brother Jude quotes 1 Enoch word for word. It is in the Ethiopian coptc Bible to this day.
Enoch 1 was in existence at the time of Jesus. Its part of a large library called "2nd Temple Literature" by biblical scholars. Dr Micheal Heiser really broke open the OT with his work with Enoch 1. Genesis 6:1-4 at best is the faintest hint there is a HUGE backstory. But it remained "hidden" until Dr Heiser published his extensive work in "Reversing Hermon".
Later Enochs 2 & 3 came out and they need to be ignored per Heiser because there's false statements or things that never happened. Flat out time wasting junk. IIRC probably produced in the 2 or 3rd century AD.
