      cajun/creole seasonings blackened n MUST HAVE TO USE A CAST IRON PAN!
      i think thats the main reason everyone didnt have that crispy skin like they wanted! americans needs a cast iron pan just like asians needs a wok!!

    Such bold statement about fish being easy to cook. I m a Chef of 10 years & i still feel fish is one of the more challenging produce to cook. Especially turbot. But kudos to them still! They did great! 👏

    There are different ways and recipes of Salmon, from a salmon steak to a salmon poke to a salmon salad with fancy dressings. From a simple fry of cooking salmon to a sous vide-ing salmon, Salmon is a typical consumption for Japanese Breakfast as some might be living near the sea.
    When cooking Salmon, you need to face the salmon on the pan skin side down. This prevents the salmon meat from sticking onto the pan. If you are going to eat salmon raw, be careful of your health, and please read the safety procedures for salmon! Note: NOT ALL FISHES CAN BE EATEN RAW! If you eat something raw, you are going to get salmonella or some food poisoning related because you did not handle food properly. Typically, I recommend cooking salmon using Shallow Fry. It is not wrong to bake in the over like what Sew did but the inside would get raw.
    Sauce-wise, you can use vinaigrette for salads, you can use olive oil to get that rich olivey flavor out of it. These sauces tenderize the flavor and if you add acid to it (e.g Lemon ), things may work it out.
    When making salmon for a specific dish , do consider the procedures , safety protocols and the culture behind the dish.

      Infortunately you can by pickling them or dry age them, like restaurants sushi does.
      Of course cooking salmon can be away wether its hot or cold.

    Hafeez, you are suppose to touch the salmon so u dont lose control of it, not molest roughly 1/10 of a dead salmon.

    Chiara's method of cutting metaiko was correct, apart from that if she just applied the sauce onto the salmon itself and blowtorch it slightly confirm become aburi already.
