sooooo i got a question.... does the bbq stingray have to have the sauce? cuz i cant take any sort of spice PERIOD but it looked so melty and flakey and i wanna eat!
Bbq stingray in Singapore always has a layer of sambal on top. Then they wrap it in banana leaf. If u can't take spice, just push the chilli on top away and you'll be fine. And yes, it has to have the sambal hahaha
