Great to see some UK based collectors/investors. Far to often all I find is US ones. I actually picked up a bunch of Japanese boxes to sell at my events from tiktok shop ad they where so cheap.

@@chrisandedina always the worrying bit of card shows! i was the same when I was vending at a card show (although the cost was much smaller). hopefully, either way you get a great experience and learn something for the next one! good luck

Theres also sth called the Collection file N and Collection file lilie released next year with it, so possible return of lilie and N. On february 21st theres also gonna be Marnie and Steven decks released that include the trainer with 2 pokemon in one card, so the return of tag teams!
Violet base is such a good deal right now, the base sets with the waifus usually does super well over time, like moon and shield. Im a collector, so I try to collect one of every set, cause I just really like the way sealed boxes look 😂.

I love the violet base set boxes. Excellent buy. I’ve recently started buying scarlet because I think it will be the stronger set long term. The penny and gardevoir in Scarlet are very underrated.
thanks bro! yes, when Violet came out people were completely disregarding scarlet. So I put my money where my mouth was and got a scarlet case at the time - underrated set

Pass on One Piece after 1st five sets. While quality of cards are good, top cards have becoming like Yugioh where alternate arts, special foils actually worth money. With limited space, I only focus on Pokemon now. Thanks to strong USD, spending power is about 1.5 time vs. during normal time. Since Japanese Pokemon cards have better quality, regardless how much cards worth, buy Japanese Pokemon cards at the moment. Even Japanese One Piece cards if anyone prefers.
