Mega Incineroar Y.
It’s ability, “Fuck you”, lowers the attack stat of the Pokémon on opposing team every turn it is on the field, and ignores abilities and items. Also, the stat changes are permanent.
Its other mega, Mega Incineroar X, can prevent the opposing Pokémon from using status moves or switching out. NOT only that, even if it leaves the field, the opposing Pokémon are still forced to stay on the field for 1-2 turns(though they can now use status moves), basically almost ensuring that Incineroar can use another fake out.
When it comes to Mega Incineroar Y’s stat spread, it gains plus 20 in its def, and 80 in its sp.def. Mega Incineroar X on the other hand, shoves all 100 stat points in its attack, cause why not.
(Another edit: Mega Incineroar Z’s ability allows Incineroar to use moves that would otherwise require a certain condition to be met. The drawback is that damaging moves with a condition would only be 75% power. It’s gains 50 stat points in its attack, 20 points in its def, and 30 points in its sp.def. Idk anymore)
It actually lowers all their stats, also accuracy by -6, lowers all their moves pp to 1, makes fake out have no drawbacks and it now has 180 power

I love that mega Incineroar Y implies the existence of mega Incineroar X, just in case Y ends up not being good enough.
By permanent, it means that the Pokémon getting targeted gets its base stats lowered in every game
For anyone interested, It takes 70 seconds for incineroar to appear in a video about mega Pokémon, however it only takes 28 seconds for Litten to appear.
And it takes me 70 seconds to blow.

Small correction
Adaptability doesn't ADD the doubling to the stand options. It replaces the number that STAB multiplies attacks by. STAB did 1.5 but with adaptability it does 2x instead.
Mathematically, it's essentially a free life orb boost

yeah idk why people value it so high. If i had an ability that did a 50% boost, that is 1.5x1.5=2.25 damage increase, vs just 2x increase

Salamanece also gets moxie, so if you could get a pokemon low before you bring it in and knock it out, you'd have an attack boost on top of aerilate. And i dont think the nerf was because of mence. I think they underestimated how good it would be because normalize ( the first of these types of abilities) gave no additional boost and also delcatty sucks

I know the movie stat was used in solo format but in duo it’s worse in many ways. Battle last less turns in duo so 1 less turn of mega is more impactful, also if you knock out one Pokémon, the other can still attack you.

Normalize isn't anywhere near the same, in fact it's significantly worse, because it makes ALL your moves normal (with a few exceptions), meaning you don't have get access to any of the usual coverage moves. (pretty much only hidden power or z-moves)

Hi Wolfey, have you ever played anything goes on Pokémon showdown? I was wondering what you would think the best Pokémon team would be, allowing all Pokémon and gimmicks over the years. I think it would be super interesting to see your perspective and what kind of team you would go with! Maybe you could make a video of climbing the ranks of anything goes on showdown, and I think there is so much potential for unique match ups like ash greninja vs fluttermane or something like zacian vs xerneas, things like that that we won’t normally see in official tournaments.

mega incineroar should get an ability that switches itself out whenever you land a priority move along with intimidate's effect(so you can cycle fake outs)

Also regarding Mega Kang, it could use its base form ability (Scrappy) to Fake Out otherwise Fake Out-immune ghost types, and in Gen 6 i think it even got to keep Scrappy's effect during the turn it Mega'd because the game was just coded like that for some reason

In my heart of hearts, most spin offs regions/towns exist. You'll need to take the Orre region (Colosseum and Gale of Darkness XD from my cold dead hands)

Its actually correct, sylveons ability turns all normal type moves into fairy type moves. Quick attack was common on it since it was priorty and got stab

Mega Rayquaza is number 1. It was so blatantly OP, that competitive singles made an entirely new meta game just so it could be played. Yep, it was so strong, it was banned from Ubers.
You can't talk about how strong a mon only by looking at the P2W scene.
Kinda sad to say that Mega Gardevoir is nowadays 100% obsolete between Tapu Lele, Hatterene, and now Flutter Mane (especially that last one)

I wanted to say that Rayquaza would be number 1, but knowing how absolutely broken it is really drives people to plan for it specifically making it a major target on your team. Why waste time using the number one thing people probably plan for when you can use something else that would screw up their plans entirely?
Imagine if Legends Z-A going forward took away the item slot requirement for mega stones so that they could now hold items and mega evolve. I wonder how that would change the rankings.

I havent played competitive Pokemon at all because i am missing the Money for the consoles. But i Play radical Red a Lot and learn through that. Mega Kangashkan was really really cool. Since gen 1 i always loved the pure design of it and i was happy the mega did good, even tho maybe a bit Too good. When the new Game comes Out i Heard new megas are coming and i am hoping so much for a Dragonite Mega. It's my Favourite mon of all Time❤
