This video is the second part of a trilogy. First is "Don't Cry" and third is "Estranged." And Yes, Axl has maximum swag. GNR first # one in the USA was "Sweet Child o' Mine." 💚🤙🏻

They were my favorite band of the time, and they still are. Don’t Cry is my favorite song from the album. Axl was amazing, but Slash and Myles Kennedy rock still today! This video reminded me of Axl and Stephanie’s relationship in real life! They were a beautiful volatile couple!🙏🏻💖

You must know that "Don't Cry" was the first song that GnR wrote, right?
It was genius to keep it off their first album.

Based on a short story by Del James titled “Without You”, from James’s anthology, “The Language of Fear”. The main character is unfaithful to his girlfriend frequently, which he blames on his lifestyle as a famous musician, which his girlfriend forgives him for, but cannot get over. They break up and she tells him, “I cannot live with you and I cannot live without you.” Her statement inspires him to write a song called, “Without You”. They do reunite, but the trust is broken. She ultimately commits suicide, sending him into a depression, exacerbated by his addiction to substances, hearing issues and the popularity of “Without You”, which reminds him of his late girlfriend. He considers suicide, but decides against it. Then, one night, overwhelmed with grief and depression, he begins playing his song, initially on the piano, then on his favorite and only remaining guitar. As he plays, a cigarette he left burning on a table falls and catches fire. He ignores the fire, continuing to play, and ultimately dies in the flames while playing his song.
Is also part of an unofficial trilogy of sorts, including “Don't Cry" and "Estranged". The song's composition was influenced by Elton John's 1973 opus “Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding”.

You are making way too many noises, talking and worst of all singing. Hard to hear anything other than you. If you want to talk pause it. Stop making all the little noises and for God's sake don't sing along. I gave up trying to watch before I made it half way through.
