Married men: we really DO need you to continue these 4 things after marriage. It is heart-breaking to be pursued, protected, provided for, & prioritized....and forgotten once "won." We want you. We really do. Just as God told Eve, that her desire would be for her husband. Ever wonder why that was part of the punishment of leaving Eden? It physically hurts to be forgotten by the man who sleeps next to you every night. Do those 4 until you or she dies, seriously. Thank you, Allen for the video. I hope it helps men to hear from a man. Exactly. Most western women are today. And you know why ? Because it is all about the woman in this day and age . Men are NOT in control anymore .

I have been married to my Boaz for 23 years (together 33) and I am as happy today as I was the day I meet him. I am more than happy to submit to him because he is a provider, protecter, he definitely chased me and made me a priority. Get to know the man not the fantasy.

My mom actually made a list of what she wanted in a man and she prayed to God for him all the time. She almost got married to a man she did not pray for. Then one day, my dad saw my mom’s picture. Then, it was like the Holy Spirit guided my dad to my mom. My dad pursued my mom then. I’m really thankful for their story because our living God answers prayers and He will prepare a spouse for you. @@nadinegomez8858 He actually did. He is a God-fearing man, tall, handsome, kind, loyal, trustworthy, and more. It's crazy how God works because my mom already had a fiance at the time, but her and her fiance made an agreement that if he (he is a seaman) did not come back within a month, then it's not meant to be and that's exactly when my dad started pursuing my mom. Make sure your future spouse is kind to your family. God bless :)

I was single. And i never had a girlfriend in my life. So one day i prayed. "God, Ive never had a girlfriend, and i font want to deal with the bs of brake up and pain and braking hearts or getting heart broken so please, let all my feelings go to the person i will marry, and never divorce, that i will have a family" .I had 5 "candidates" that were my crushes, but suddenly all my crushes *disappeared* completly and all my feelings went to a friend of mine, and i was scared and tried to get my feelings go to anyone else but i couldn't, and i started to say: "God NO pls no, not her, shes ugly and... (Then suddenly i started to see the good side) shes genuine, kind, fun, pretty... Cute... Beautiful..." after that, 3 days later she confessed her feelings for me. And i was so glad and everything started to go perfect, but then i loved her more than i loved God. Then i distanced myself from God. Then i excluded God from the relationship, then (since God told me i would marry her) i took her for granted, and she tolerated me like that for 2 months, without me doing anything for the relationship, after that she broke up with me and went for someone else, i was heartbroken, confused, then God told me through his word to not give up. And each time i felt like moving on verses like: "keep does feelings in your heart", "i will fulfill my promises" and "i can do all things, have faith on whats happening" pop up in my notifications, then TH-cam notifications about how God does things through prayer and faith started to pop up. Then about how to have a closer relationship with HIM, and now out of nowhere this channel and other called "ApplyGod'sWord.com/Mark Ballenger" on how to have a good christian relationship started to give me notifications. And ive been here since like two weeks ago. Still having faith that God will bring her back to me, this time prepared to achieve marriage.

Im a virgin btw, and i plan to stay that way until marriage, but yeah i took sexual advantage of her. Along with failing at all the other 2 of the 2nd point, and point 1, 3 and 4... I feel really bad about it. But now my faith is stronger, and i read God's word to educate myself. Im reborn, I even stoped pornography addiction completly, i stopped masturbation completly and i also started working out and being more healthy by not drinking coke and eating better, because my body is a gift from God. And you have been a huge blessing, so thanks for allowing yourself to be use by God. All the glory for the things in my life, that is a miracle itself, belongs to God. I love God. Jose Hernandez so true! Many of us did not have the best role models for this and so we had no idea of what to do and how to do it and what it looked like to be a godly man until we came in contact with Christ.

I'm 24 and I see everyone in my church and around me getting married and I tend to feel anxious like I'm not experiencing a phase in my life that I should but thankfully videos like these help to remind me that I need to trust in God and not let what I see dictate how I feel.

Be patient and focus on your relationship with God and self love
I really want my husband to be my best friend. To understand certain things, to be on the same wavelength, to have the same vision for our lives and our futures and after all of this to really treat me well - with kindness, forgiveness, patience, generally not making a big drama of things. I really want that.

A woman shouldn’t settle for a man who isn’t Godly just because the woman is “less”. We are less than God but God treats us with great care, so anyone who has authority should be using it well as Jesus does with us.
A godly man pursue purpose. He knows who he is, where he came from, the reason he exist, what he can do and where he is going.

I look through comments on post like this and I ask myself why are so many Believers not married. Why is it taking us just as long to get into marriage like those of the world who’s values do not reflect that which we believe. In my opinion more Christians who desire marriage should be married. The Bible does not call for the extra long engagements, fancy weddings, expensive rings. Paul says it’s better to marry than to burn. While I do believe it is very important to use wisdom and seek God while searching for a spouse. I often wonder more of us are not married. If you scroll through comments on videos like this you constantly see men an women saying they desire a spouse. Anyway I think that’s something to ponder and an observation I’ve been having lately. I can attest that it could be because God wants relationships/marriages to last and work for His Glory. He doesnt want to produce microwaveable marriages or relationships these things must be "cooked and baked" for some time that way it will have a Lasting effect in comparison to what the world is pushing out. The worlds way is microwaveable and tend to not last or hold. God is INTENTIONAL and he wants things done in a specifc way. Could be the reason it seems many in the church are single. God is trying to raise up Kingdom Marriages not fickle things. Grant it some folks are stubborn, have high and unreasonable expectations, and harbor worldly mindset on love and marriages, so it may take longer so God allows them to remain single to teach them . Nancy leigh demoss was single up until 58 i believe and recently got married maybe about couple yrs now and i dont think she thought she would have been married but God still had that for her! So we mustn't lose hope! But i agree with what you're saying too!🙏🏾💜

As the gospel preached in churches goes more and more toward what we can get in this life, we're not learning it's us who need to change, so we're always looking for someone who is what we want them to be. But we don't change. As God is love and His ways are love, if we leave the true gospel by the way we live our lives, we can't expect to see love of God from others, because we're living according to feelings. If we live according to the Spirit, God will bless us.

Wow confirmation is real! I'm so glad I found this video. Thank you Jesus! My son's father has been trying so hard for us to be back together, to the point he is now willing to jump into marriage. We have been going back and forth as to why I just won't marry him for months now. I would love for my son to have me and his father in the same household, but we are not on the same level spiritually and it's so evident that he can not lead me. Some major context was missing. Bias actually didn’t make the first move. Ruth did. Ruth was the one who knew who’s field to work in. She knew that boaz would have a duty to marry her since he was related to her husband. She pursued him first. Then, eventually her came to respect her and her situation enough that he pursued her.

Praying for the right man
I randomly saw this video. There some points in my life that I felt desperate to find a Godly man. Rushing myself sometimes lead me to wrong relationship and I really thank God for this video that enlightened me to continue to seek the Lord and wait for that right moment if it's God will to give me a Godly man who genuinely loves God first, and a man who pursues the woman that he loves and knows his purpose why he wants to be in a relationship in the first place.

Wonderful video tackling this topic. Many marriages end in divorce due to these such attributes listed not being utilized properly. It's just as you mentioned with women and men not evaluating these aspects before a marriage that ends it in crumbles. Also, it's tough to find a Godly man out in the world as so many are more covered in earthliness. However, there are still many Godly men in the world, so don't give up ladies, and of course, have patience. The Lord has a plan for everyone
