    Hi Chetna
I love the chemistry between you and your mum. I miss my mum’s cooking so much she didn’t taste her food while she was cooking but her food tasted so yummy. Make as many videos with your mum and her cooking. These videos are a treasure. Thank you so much.

Lovely paranthas. There is also a third way to cook mooli paranthas, my mom used to make, by mixing the dough into the grated radish without taking out the water, adding the masala and kneading the dough with the radish. That type of paranthas are my favorite, as you get the maximum taste of mooli. Cause you do not throw the water away. Actually, in this method you don’t even need water, cause the moisture from the radish is enough to knead the dough. Try it sometime, you will love it ❤️

A third way ,you could knea directly with the water from the moola, add the same additional ingredients, not to discard its additional value, mix it all ,knead ,you may not require water in this case, secondly scraping the mooli is better than peeling

If you take 1/3 cup poha, grind it and then add in the mooli mixture then you will get amazing paranthas. They would have no cracks in them and they will puff up fully.

mooli matlab sharp smelly gases the entire day.
All family members will have to go out for a day outing. Gharwalo ko COVID ka test bhi nahi karwana padega. Naak aur smell waise hi test ho jayega.
Agar ye koi office mei khaya, to poore building ko half day declare karna padega. Koi Kaam hi nahi kar payega
