Yes yes yes please show the rest of your kitchen. I have just started to cook vegan and therefore Indian food is my favourite. I am fascinated by the way you organize your food and tools. Thank you for being such an inspiration.
Could you do a video on the most essential spices needed for Indian cooking. Or if you have already done one could you send me the link please. Love your videos!
This was great - thank you! As a (non-professional but decent) cook, I think it's always fun to see what others use and how they do things differently from me.
Hello from Washington State US! I just found your channel while looking for an indian curry recipe. I love the way you instruct on the many things Indian cooking as there are so many questions. I loved the Lentils comparison video and the details of how they are used. I am excited to try some of your recipes and perhaps getting a cook book or two! Thank you Chetna!
Thank you for this Chetna. I was wondering what you or the manufactures call each type of pan, eg a karahi or wok, a shallow casserole or a lidded frying pan? Also what you use each type for? How you decide which sort to use for which type of food? I've just got an induction cooker after having gas, so many of my pans are no longer so useful. I must be careful not to go on a spree!😏🤫
Thank you for sharing the cooking tools you use often and the not so often which I'm sure we all have some! Yes, please share more as you'd be surprised how helpful this can be❤
Good collection Chetna. I too had loads of non stick pots and pans but read somewhere non stick isn’t good for health so I completely moved to stainless steel! I can highly recommend Le Crueset stainless steel. Amazing quality though expensive. Next can you show us your house plants please. Love the one with round leaves 😊
Hi Chetna that was so lovely to see what you use for cooking, I will see if I can some of them maybe online or at the store they will sell them everywhere, thank you so much for sharing this I wanted to know what pans you use for cooking but I never asked because I got really shy ☺️😄❤
Hi Chetna, Your Hawkins pressure cooker, how many liters is it? I just made your Vegetarian Kofta, it was so delicious!! Next up, your Mum's Chili Paneer.
I bought the same Masterclass pan after seeing it in one of your videos and I love it. Thanks for sharing this video…no doubt I will be purchasing a couple more pans after today 😉
Would love to see what little gadgets you use in the kitchen blenders, blitzers, idli steamers & sev squeezers or is that just me 😉 I use pressure cookers a lot, i own three!
Omg how do to manage to store all those pans and lids in one draw. My kitchen has the same colour cupboards as you do. Can you do a spice blog next time. I think I saw a blog once before where you was showing us spices in draw but be nice to know when to use what spice. Your truly amazing and explain stuff to your viewers well.
Have you given any thought to eliminating or mostly eliminating the use of non-stick pans? I got rid of mine except for 2: a calphalon square griddle for making perfect pancakes and a tiny pan that literally holds and cooks just two eggs.
I love all your videos 😍 I secretly wish I could dine at yours most days 😂💖 I was gifted an 'Our place ' lidded pan with a steamer/drainer. I love it because it's not coated with the nonstick chemicals used by a lot of brands. Cleans really easily but not dishwasher proof. Keep the videos coming please 😍 and yes please to the kitchen video 🤩
Omg HAUFSON! (EDIT: NOT for sale in US and they are charging £70 to ship a £50 pan. I just can’t justify that. If anyone knows an alternative with a standing lid please let me know.) Thank you I’ve asked about those lids several times now. Hoping they are available in the US. I’m off to look right now.
Are the pans you use to brown onions in non stick? I ask because I never seem to get my onions much beyond a golden colour even after 20 mins. in a non stick wok type thing.
Please show a video how the basic fooditems, say one indian veg breakfast, one meals for a ordinary oldaged single man who is not wellverswd with cooking. The idea is to reduce time and effort, by using minium utensiles so dishwasing is minimised.

I am also concerned when purchasing non stick pans. I have bought Green Pan and ceramic brand called Xtreme. I like them very much.
It's be interested to see a kitchen tour and also find out about what rolling pin you use to get nice, round, roti. It's it tapered?
