  • I was hoping by next week I will be uploading more content with the Supra with the new mods installed, but that has to wait. That was my terrible experience with Performance Eurowerks. They should've just been honest. I think maybe thats too much to ask for 🤷‍♂️

EPC is the way to go, my guy. I'm sending my ecu out again with them. And good for you for sharing your experience. Here's one for the algorithm!

Really not trying to make views with that video. Just trying to share my own experience. People know how much this car means to me and this 25days without it felt very depressing haha.

@@alexxkolevFeel for you bro specially when you used the example of Illinois only having 5 good months of weather. 25 days is a long time to lose.

Does the shop know about this video? It could be detrimental to them. Those for posting your personal experience with them. I hate this happened to you. Down time is terrible.

PE is an excellent shop with a lot of really happy high profile customers. they have much bigger and more important projects than shipping your ecu. it probably was a mistake because they are really busy. no need for the defamatory video over a simple mistake. and you definitely should’ve talked to the owner before making this. i’m sure he would have owned up to his mistake and been very apologetic. this is childish and if i had a shop i wouldn’t want customers like you anyways

A mistake is something that happens once. I’ve been lied to multiple times. You realize a part of having a business is being honest when you can’t deliver something right? Customers come to a business spending their time and money. I want to enjoy my car and create content for it which is something they robbed me of for a month. If more important projects are there then don’t take mine on and then delay me when I can go somewhere they can do it right away.
P.S I’m not the only unhappy customer. Just the first one that said anything

The owner isn't even in the country and won't answer calls when he was here, I was supposed to get my tune done within 2 days and I waited an extra week because of a "delay". Then he says he just started testing my car and that Id be updated the next day. 2 days later I hear he's out of the country and won't be back the 21st? I don't understand why I should be blatantly lied to that's all. The communication is not good at all, there's no reason to play with peoples time and say something would be done soon when you know it won't. Not to mention last year I paid for a custom dyno tune and they ended up sending me a dyno of an m6 they did in 2019, and claimed it was mine. Found out on forums. My car never got tested on the dyno

Performance shops are a dime a dozen specially poorly ran ones with terrible customer service. There is a popular shop here in Irvine, California that is starting to get a bad reputation like this. It took me 2 weeks to get my zelle deposit back because I decided to do the mods at home. Other people have complained about having their cars there for a week and not even getting the car touched. Moral of the story these performance shops focus on the job type rather than customer service. They overly focus on the customer who has dropped a lot of money there or who regularly asks for more expensive upgrades than the ECU guy or the bolt ons guy. Poor shop communication is a big problem in our community. Good shops are like good barbers. Once you find them you stay loyal.
