    Nice. I was looking for a recent review of the car and this is perfect

    I'm not sure how reliable this car would be but if you found a 2017 model right now you still have 5 more years of warranty lol. But I have to admit the exterior style is one of my favorite sedans ever!

      If you plan on having it for less than 5 years it could be a solid option for you to consider!

      It's plenty reliable with proper CVT fluid changes. That engine has been in continuous production for a long time. That always points to good reliability and I like that it's timing chained.

    I have the 2.0L 2017 manual and fuel eco is great almost the same as my old 2006 civic. I do less than 10L/100km on the city and 6-7L/100km on the highway

    I have this model, im in Australia so obviously everything is on the left. In 2024 i still get heaps of compliments and mine only has 60,000kms.

    I have the 2017 Lancer SE white model, identical to the one just reviewed. Love it. Mine now has about 118,000 miles on it, MPGs in the mid to high 20s depending on if using all wheel drive or just two wheel drive mode, maintenance has been very low cost and since it was the last calendar year for the Lancer, I plan to keep it until it stops running. It's my second Lancer and it really angers me that Mitsubishi retired their entire line of autos other than the ugly Mirage in favor of SUV and electric vehicles and if something happens to this I will have to get a Subaru as that seems to be the closest to the Lancer. But as it stands now mine has been great, As I went from the 2006 Lancer Ralliart that was totaled in an accident to this model back on 17.

    This is my dream daily driver, but I could literally only find 1 in all of Florida.

      I hope you do find it. They’re rare to come by and Mitsubishi doesn’t plan on bringing the Lancer back as the company is focused only on crossovers. The Mirage is done in 2025.

    I had to let go of my lancer due to financial reasons. If there is one similar to the one I had before I’m most likely gonna get it.

    Is this good for a teen driver/new driver?

    • @thepassinglane
      @thepassinglane  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Absolutely! It’s affordable, stylish exterior, and has a basic purpose to serve. Depending on what you’re looking for, this is a fine vehicle for first time drivers.

      @@keke6894 just buy a base 2.0 model, not fast, adequate. Preferably a manual for longevity, simplicity, low cost, and to keep attention on driving.
